I met with them after being discharged from the nursing home from hell and I have no recollection of signing the contract with them at all. Maybe this is related to the trauma of having surgery and having no support from my family but I owe them a big apology due to my lack of memory. I did sign a contract which I don't remember and I'm very pleased that I received a call from them today. Moral of my story is that surgery is a traumatic event followed by neglect in a nursing facility. I had underestimated my mental state when I should have known better. I am looking forward to my new glass and screens in the next few weeks.

Someone came by, measured everything, took cash as 1/2 down deposit, said they would call to schedule installation.......poof. No more contact efforts from them. It's been 6 weeks. I've called a couple of times to follow up and ask about scheduling, how far out are you, etc; they always say "that person is on the other line" or "the person that does that isn't here right now but I'll have them call you" and it never happens. Even stranger, they don't know whether the screens were provided by the manufacturer, and they called the manufacturer to ask whether screens were sent or not sent. Then they said they would fabricate screens and it would take an additional week! No apology, no professional demeanor, I will not buy from Lane County Glass again. I gave 2 stars because thankfully the windows were the correct size.
