I received a call on Monday stating that I had missed my appointment and I explained that this was due to my dog being in the hospital and was unable to make the appointment. They stated they understood and that I probably wouldn't be charged the $60 for the missed appointment. The next day I receive a call stating that I still have to pay the fee, but I had a $20 credit (which I did not know about) so I only owed $40. I stated that I would not be paying anything and that my dog is STILL in the hospital. She transferred me to her office manager and I explained the same thing. Life happens, and when there is an EMERGENCY the last thing you are thinking of is your dentist appointment. The office manager was rude, condescending and told me they are running a business. I offered my dogs medical records and she still would not budge. She also told me that because I missed an appointment in Dec 2024 I had a "history" of missing appointments. Then when I became upset she kept saying "wow, wow, wow" and then HUNG UP ON ME. I will never again do business with this practice.
