About a year ago I contacted Rubin at this office and he did all he could do to get my share of cost lowered to $0 from $1,000 month. And he succeeded. Yes that's ZERO $ . so this year since I got a little raise from SSD it bumped me off of a Zero share of cost. So since I got the best customer service here a year ago, I called Rubin again and sadly he could not find any supplemental policy that would get me to that Zero point again. But that didn't stop him.!! He made some calls and touched bases with everyone he could that they trusted with my case and surely enough I'm back to a $0 share of cost and can continue getting my medical needs taking care of! Every time I call Joni Ginno's office I am impressed with her staff. On occasions that my agent Carrie is unavailable, my initial contact person has always been professional and helpful. Never have I been told that something cant be accomplished but rather my question or request is dealt with immediately. I have been working with Joni and State Farm for probably over 20 years. They were recommended by a salesman at Wittmeier Auto Center nearby. I was 21 when I purchased my first home and they were with me. At that time it was "entry level" only-what is-required insurance to get me into my first home. As the years have progressed, they have been there when I needed additional coverage, optional insurance (Flood, Earthquake, Renters and Personal Property). Recently I sold and purchased a new home.
