I called a second company and told them of the issues. The second technician wanted to diagnose my current system before quoting a price on a new one. He got the system running with NO NEW PARTS. That source was 100% correct too. Great service at a very reasonable cost. These folks aren't in the business of taking advantage of people. My 10-year-old system was ripe for a rip-off by a disreputable company. Even though I had never had this A/C unit serviced for the entire 10 years of its life, the technician said it looked great. It didn't even need to have freon added. He said the capacitor was on the low end of good and showed it to me explaining why. I asked if it needed to be replaced right away and he said it should be able to go a while longer but that it was definitely going to need replacement in the near future. I went ahead and had him replace it. Bottom line. Great prices. Honest techs. Delivered as promised. Will use again.

The company is acting like I misunderstood the estimate And will not adjust the bill. They were suppose to fix two doorbells, troubleshoot the ceiling fan and replace with new one, fix side patio light, repair receptacle and put in new light pole. The estimate includes labor and materials. The one that do estimates says the pole is not working because of the outlets. He want to come over and estimate how much to fix them which is more money. The person that does estimates is insulting. when I first went to the company, I wanted an outlet installed for a dishwasher. The person that showed up (Justin) did not want to install one. He wanted to hard wire the dishwasher , not listening to me.
