I was not expecting this and even to pay in two payments would require her having to return to this horrible place. Do yourselves a favor and find another office that will treat their patients better. I will most definitely be following up with my insurance to make sure they billed everything correctly and I will be filing a complaint.

My father entered the dental program at Rutgers needing roughly $6000 in dental work. The instructors who supervised them were unprofessional and in constant conflict with each other and their students. My father's plan of care changed with every visit, and after one year in the program my father needed $17,000 in restorative dental work. The attendings also never made note of an escalating neurological condition that should not have allowed my father to spend long hours in a dental chair, he is now in a wheelchair after 2 spinal surgeries. Rutgers offered us a $250 refund and nothing more and my father is in a wheelchair. Use this program at your own risk.

My recovery has been so smooth that I sometimes even forget I had two teeth pulled. I am so grateful for the service and care that I want to recommend them to everyone. Long story short, I came out with 2 wisdom teeth less and I still have the tooth that was actually bothering me. The surgeon/dentist or whatever said the top tooth had been munching down on it and that's why it was so painful. I did give the green light and my problem was resolved... I just feel like i unnecessarily had to go through 2x the pain. He could've just taken out the ONE tooth that was munching down instead of my BOTH top wisdom tooth that had not been bothering me at all (and they were fully grown and did no damage to my other teeth sooo...Yea....) definitely went through more pain than I had to but I gave the ok and my problem was resolved in a way~ I'd recommend coming back if necessary.

I, on the other hand, had been using a different dentist for the last few years and constantly complained about the treatment/staff. Needless to say, it was time for a change! More specifically, I recently chipped my front tooth and was extremely nervous that repairing the damage would only make it worse.
