Drs. Gonzales and Lee has been my dentists for over six years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Finding a new dentist wasn't the easiest thing to do... especially in NYC. (And I've only had a pediatric dentist and a family one back on the West Coast so I had no clue what to look for.) The staff here are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. I've only had wonderful experiences here with everyone. Dr. Gonzales squeezed me in the same day when I had an issue with my jaw... and Dr. Lee will explain and answer any questions I have in a way that a normal person understands. Best dentist experience! Dr Lee and staff was great and answered all my questions. I really liked the mouthpiece they used( not sure what it's called) to suction water and keep mouth open and tongue out the way. I went for cleaning and had 2 cavities. Dr. Gonzales and the team at Ever care dental are wonderful. I've been going to see Dr. Gonzales for a few years now and I recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist. She is very gentle and kind and has been really helpful across treatments, whether addressing a cavity or consulting about wisdom tooth removal. I am a pretty anxious person when it comes to all things teeth, and she's always very patient, listens and checks out any issues and does a thorough job. She also has made it easy to come back in if I have any latent issues or concerns. I never feel rushed and I feel like she always makes time for any questions and talking through options. The staff here are also wonderful and sweet and really make me feel taken care of. During the shutdown due to COVID, her and the team made it super easy for me to continue to the Invisalign process with video calls and sending materials to me. I'm now finished with the process and I feel so grateful to her and the team for helping me get a smile I've always wanted, within a budget and timeframe that actually works for me. read more

Actually found Ever Care on Yelp because it was close to work and was already reviewed by and friend before me. They have a really nice boutique feel but are very down to earth. Also they had this cool new machine that took a 3D scan of your entire mouth. It's in a good central location by the flatiron building so I recommend it for anyone. I always leave feeling happy. read more

I enjoyed my experience and thought the technician was patient and thorough! I never get antsy about going to the dentist but I do get annoyed if it takes a long time for the process. This office was efficient and once my teeth were cleaned the dentist came in to review and provided additional consultation/follow up. I also appreciate that the technician was honest. I asked her very pointed questions and she didn't hesitate to provide me her point of view on the quality of my teeth and shared with me things to be cognizant of going forward. So definitely well trained on how to interact with the patient and her craft. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. Oh and the doctor was detailed, answered all of my questions and discussed with me options for any of my concerns. They also weren't pushing products or unnecessary procedures on me which I appreciate! I loved my last dentist but after each visit I spent another 20 min listening to why I needed Visaline which gets annoying and more importantly I don't want them! Lol I also want to express my gratitude to the receptionist who was extremely patient with me! I was significantly late to the apt and then got lost after already being late and this was after her willingness to schedule the apt the week of. I used to like this place. It was convenient, close to work and usually done in less than an hour. They are nice, but only think about making money. I Stopped going to this place because they tell each and every single patient that they need a deep cleaning. If it's not that they need a deep cleaning, it's they have periodontal decease. I heard this with every patient going in,while I was sitting in the waiting area. After I heard it the fourth time I just left. I'm glad I got a second opinion from 3 different dentist and all were positive. read more

Unorganized. I have been trying to schedule a cleaning with this office for months because they accept my insurance. When i arrived for my first appt they told me they couldn't do an exam without a cleaning (protocol) and I already had my cleaning with another office within the calendar year. Rescheduling appts is a headache. They must have various people managing their email address because every time I send my availability THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG DATES/TIMES (as if they aren't reading my prior emails) Furthermore enter the building they are listed on the wrong floor out front so literally you are sent on a wild goose chase going from floor to floor looking for their office. I have nothing but good things to say about Ever Care Dental. I was so lucky to find them as they were located close to my office, but even after I moved from that original office they are worth the trip. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. I have never had any issues booking (or rescheduling) appointments when they are needed. My visits are always on time, and I feel that the staff and doctors provide very thorough services and take all the time I need to answer any questions or concerns. They are so great here, have very reasonable prices and are genuinely concerned about your dental health. I like how they also have payment plan options for people without dental insurance. I'll be the first to admit it, I don't love going to the dentist. Add in being in a new city, and we have a potential issue on our hands. Luckily I found Ever Care Dental, and Dr. Gonzales. I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called (a Saturday no less). Upon arrival, I found her staff to be friendly and professional, the office to be extremely clean and modern, and Dr. Gonzales to be a thorough and experienced dentist. Because I was a first time customer, I got the full range of X-rays, all of which were done quickly and easily. The teeth cleaning was performed by Dr. Gonzales and I was in, out, and on the road in under an hour. If you are looking for a solid dentist in the Gramercy area, I feel confident recommending Dr. Gonzales and Ever Care Dental. Bonus points for being open on Saturdays and making me feel comfortable with an experience I'm hardly fond of. read more

I cannot say enough about Dr. Gonzales. I went here on a lark because it was close to my former office and I needed a dentist ASAP. I have since referred several coworkers who have all been happy. Dr. Gonzales genuinely cares about her patients, and is a great dentist. She's squeezed me in when I had a tooth ache and always asks to make sure I'm comfortable. Just an anecdotal story that I think exemplifies Dr. Gonzales's attitude towards her patients: X-rays on my back teeth are always really uncomfortable for me. One dentist told me I have a bone in my jaw, and that is why it is always so painful to bite down during X-rays. When I had X-rays at Ever Care, Dr. Gonzales let me hold the piece up against my tooth so I didn't have to bite down on anything. It was not painful at all, and I wondered, "Why hasn't a dentist every let me do that before?" If you are looking for a dentist in the area, you will not find a nicer or more caring doctor. Plus the receptionist is really sweet, I've never waited more than five minutes, the facility is clean and new. read more

However, filtering through the plethora of options, I believe that I have found in Dr. Gonzales, someone that truly cares about her work and her patients. She is very attentive and makes sure you understand what she plans on doing prior to any work, which gave me a sense of comfort and trust. For me, convenience is the most important thing. The Ever Care Dental team takes the challenge out of going to the dentist and makes it EASY. They communicate with me via email and respond to any of my emails within minutes. I am also taken right away and can be back in my office within an hour every time. When my filling (put in by another dentist) came out, after sending one email - I got an appointment within 24 hours to see what happened - and they filled it in back on the spot, without making me schedule more time. Dr Gonzales pauses to explain everything, possesses enormous technical skill, and is a consummate professional! She spent 90 minutes fixing a very difficult cavity that another dentist told me to just get a root canal for and a crown. Basically Dr Gonzales doing the filling saved me several thousand dollars, and countless headaches over the necessary surgical procedures I would have had to get done. Even after the filling was done, she did a few Xrays to make sure it was properly sealed/placed and that the shape was good (aesthetically pleasing), really going to extra mile. She even checked the bite to make sure my jaw would be okay and checked my gum health (since I had a deep cavity). Extremely thorough job. Highly recommend this dental office! Ever Care Dental is a great dentistry practice in the flatiron district. A coworker suggested it to me since it's 2 blocks from our office, and I thought I'd try it out. Dr. Gonzales is so sweet! She's quick and efficient. My appointment today was at 2pm, and I was finished by 2:35. I'm usually the only patient, so I rarely have to wait. The office is newly renovated and all the fixtures are brand new. Everything is clean and well maintained. Definitely a pleasant dentist experience since I hate going usually and don't mind going to Dr. Gonzales. She knows I don't want to be there, so she makes sure I'm in and out as quickly as possible. read more

Dr. Gonzales is amazing! She is so caring. She takes the time to get to know you and build a rapport with you and makes sure that you feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and I love hearing about her experiences in the field that got her to where she is now. Also, I love how she gives back to the less fortunate by taking a trip to the Philippines every year to help provide cleanings for children who can't afford it otherwise!
