Unfortunately, about three weeks after the work was completed, the leak returned. Three of us made multiple attempts to contact the company and left several messages requesting a callback but did not receive a response. After approximately four months, I was finally able to reach the owner of the company. We were told a crew would come on a Friday to inspect the issue, but no one arrived. After additional follow-ups, a crew eventually visited and indicated the problem might be related to plumbing. To verify this, we hired a licensed plumber and paid for an inspection. The plumber determined that the leak is coming from the roof. We also have video showing the water entering from the roof area. We have continued calling and leaving messages without a response, and the warranty is now close to expiring. We are still hoping the company will honor the warranty and help resolve the issue. If someone from Perfect Roofing of FL sees this review, we would appreciate being contacted so the situation can be addressed. We chose this company based on reviews, but our experience with communication and warranty follow-through has been disappointing.

These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house.
