Very very pleased, we all hate when we have to make these purchases but at least Kent was incredibly efficient in the entire process.

They left no trace and alway cleaned up their materials! Alex B and Zack were the two installer we had and they are the dream team! Holly M (Director of Customer Engagment) caught wind that I was going to build and reached out to ask if Kent could provide a HVAC bid, and I'm so glad she did! She put me in contact with Bob and he made the bid process so easy. I had a finalized/signed bid in less than a week and we were able to negotiate a few other items that we wanted! I reached out to Bob via telephone with questions and he was prompt with his response. I found out later that he was actually on vacation when he responded! Holly also hand delivered information packets about the equipment we would be getting installed. The customer service is top-notch! Kent was my favorite company to work with during the new build. I was able to be on site while all the trades were there at the same time, and the Kent team was always the first to greet me when I arrived! We got the runaround from the other trades about when they would start on our home, but as soon as we gave Kent the green light, they showed up and started exactly when they said they would. This was the first time my contractor worked with Kent and he was so impressed. I was unable to be at the initial walk-through, so Holly and Alex made a special trip back out to the house to FaceTime me and make sure I was informed of the plan! They walked through every room, gave me their feedback/suggestions, and answered all my questions. I was confident that I was in good hands! The walk-through was on a Friday where they laid everything out then Alex made the ductwork on Monday and they were off to the races on Tuesday. I can't thank the install team enough, they were working in below freezing temperatures to get the job done! Kent really is a well oiled machine! The new owners, Stacy and Glenn know exactly what they're doing! New construction is full of twist and turns but I want to give a huge thank you to Holly, Bob, Alex, Zack, and Stacy for making this experience the easiest and most smooth part of the construction process!

The Tech who came out saw an issue with our condenser and was prepared to give us a quote until he learned that we were in their maintenance program. That was a game changer! He left with our system in good shape and we weren't out of any extra cash that day!

The bucket with all their unnecessary rebuild junk left next to the toilet. For those who have frustrations dealing with AI and auto-booking... they have an annoying robot who books appointments who cannot differentiate members from non-members. Took two phone calls and 6 minutes to connect to an actual human.The things meant to help are harming us. Pay people, not machines. Regarding machines, the plumber took a quick look and confirmed it was the fill value not doing the job. Something I told my mom I could fix easily with a part from ACE. He quoted $368 for a rebuild, which didn't need to be done. I replaced the flapper and chain about a 6 months prior. Not only is this an easy DYI fix with a $20 part, but he tossed the 6 month old flapper and chain. He tossed the work I just did. THIS DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE and it's insane to charge that much. It already costs members $69 to come out, and $368 is with the member discount. I am not the home owner, so I have no say so in approving the work. I have builder friends and my neighbor (HOA) agreed the price is insane. $437 to fix a $20 problem. This is 2026 and my mom is on a very limited fixed income. I spoke to Ben the manager, asked for a breakdown. If the up-charge was the parts or labor. He said there is no break down and that's what it costs. I could not have been more angry with these people. If you know nothing about plumbing, than learn. Because it ridiculous to be charged that much for something so easy to fix.

    The technician was great. He was friendly, courteous and was able to diagnose the issue, explain…read morewhat needed to be done and was able to fix it same day. I would recommend the technician again to anyone. However, I wouldn't use Regional again in the future due to a lot of misinformation around their billing. I was told on the phone (twice) that diagnosis fee was $59 and was waived if we hired them to do the work. When the technician was at our house, we asked a lot of questions around parts and labor time/costs. We were told that labor was $120 per hour and the job would take about two hours. The job actually only took an hour but, when it came time to write the check, we were told they don't bill per hour but as a flat rate fee. The technician used the example of, "If it only took me five minutes, I'd still have to bill you for two hours." The billing department did resolve the issue, in part (I felt that I should get more back than they were willing to give but life's a compromise so...). Everyone was very prompt to respond and courteous though so I'm guessing this was an isolated thing for me. Again, their work was very good, I just felt "shook down" when it came time to pay. I'm happy to pay what it costs but I don't like to be misled and I felt a little misled. So, three stars for the quality work and the likelihood that you wouldn't have the same issue I did. Minus two stars because I did have the issue and wouldn't use them again.

Also told use we would be first on the list for the next day 8 am and that he would be there. neither happened. two man crew showed up around 10:30/11:00. Said we were second on the schedule. Told David would not be coming. Crew that came were great. Very friendly and informative And did a great job. However, David also said he would be there to get Nipsco here to turn the gas on and get our appliances re-lit. Crew said they couldn't stick around for that. Again, will re-iterate the crew that came were great! Clean and efficient but just didn't get the service we were promised By David. Empty promises by the salesman. Good work by the crew that came. Be weary of the salesman.
