Bud and his new Employee, Mike were professional, informative, courteous and timely. My C/A was not blowing cold air or keeping up with the heat. I read the reviews of several companies but, EcoEdge was head and shoulders above the rest and now I know why. I contacted EcoEdge, Bud answered right away and told me he could take care of the issue today. Mike came in, put on shoe covers, listened to my issue and got to work. STOP!!! No need to keep looking for someone to service your AC/Furnace. I was worried about being gouged by a repair service after our AC went out this last weekend and had already paid $148 to another service for a Saturday service call where they told me they couldn't do anything. I called EcoEdge and Bud came out yesterday. He explained every move he was making so I understood what was up and he got our AC up and running. Pricing was more than fair and I will recommend them to everyone and for sure have them back when my old unit finally dies. Our A/C has been working on and off so we were letting it run for a week till we decided to get it checked up. Called in the morning and got an appointment for the afternoon all in the same day!! I was running a little late since my appointment was at 4 and I had just got off work so I called Bud to let him know in advance. He worked with me and was able to still have his guy come out to see me! The guy who inspected our A/C unit was Mike and he was very professional and explained thoroughly on what he did and what had to get done. Really great guy!! So grateful for online reviews - they didn't steer me wrong! I had concerns with my AC unit after it was warmer inside last night than outside.
