Our central air unit(Carrier) after 20 years, only one service call in those years, died on the first 95 + degree day in June. I immediately set up appointments from a few businesses for quotes. The most reputable was Sears, (BOY, WAS I EVER SO WRONG!!)where the unit was originally purchased from. Their representative, HORRIBLE!!! I relayed the experience during their follow up call to me, in detail. I was about to give a rep. from Trane the contract. My mother called me and told me about AAA SERVICES. They had just recently put in a new unit at my brothers home. My mother said, he and his wife, were extremely happy and very satisfied w/the service and more so, the installers. I called right away, Nathan, is simply the essence of what customer service should always be. Professional, yet, personable. My installers were Nathan and Trevor, the best!! AAA Services- Fantastic job! My mother in law was visiting from out of town and decided to upgrade the house that I live in, and she owns. On the list was the heating and cooling and a few jobs on the side which AAA Services was able to tackle within 24 hours of first contact. I have been through many upgrades with my mother in law and none have gone as well as this upgrade went. I could not believe we were done with this project so fast. This has never happened. We were very satisfied with the work performed at one of our rental properties. The tenant was out of town during a cold spell without notifying us and all of the hot water heat and plumbing pipes froze and some broke. AAA rented heaters to warm up the house and unthaw pipes, even making a trip back at midnight to change the propane tanks in the space heaters. It was a big, difficult job. They were responsive, conscientious, dependable, great to work with with and gave us a good deal on the cost of the repair. read more

The heat in our home in Illinois went out on one of the coldest days last year. Rick from AAA Services came out and inspected the furnace.
