We experienced a broken spring hanger in our 5th wheel on the way to Beaver. We called Jorgensen and they directed us to their Rv repair shop. We called Jorgensen's from Winkler's Point on the Paiute trail. We suspected my fuel pump was failing. A few conversations with the service department later we were pretty much convinced it was failing. Jorgensen's was fantastic to us. Even though their service appointment were booked sold for another month and a half we were told to bring it in. "We always try to make time for those of you that travel here" They Saved my vacation, B. Thompson Michigan They ordered the pump overnight shipping at my expense. This was something I was happy to pay. Additionally they worked with my Non-Polaris Warranty Company to make the repairs at no cost to me. Great service, selection and staff. They even washed my machine before I picked it up. read more

On the advice of a friend I called here for my 2nd Honda Ruckus. Dennis had a new 2016 and we got it for msrp with no "set up fee" or "doc fee" all the other dealers want. That's about $850 in b.s. fees the others toss on top of the msrp price. We drove all the way from Vegas and made a trip out of it, with the snowstorm it's was definitely an adventure. Dennis wasn't there on Sat when we arrived but his son took care of us. We were approved in finance in under 10 minutes even when we expected it to take 30 minutes. This place has everything from motorcycles, bicycles, outerwear, even ammo...hell you can even bowl next door and get lunch. If my kid wasn't running around like he was on crack I would have browsed for an hour or longer. I can't thank them enough. My 2008 Polaris RZR broke while riding the trails in southern Utah. With only two days before the Marysvale Paiute jamboree I brought my RZR in to Jorgenson's. Since I was from out of town and vacationing the service manager took me right in. I had my RZR back by the end of the day. I was also expecting to pay much more money than what it actually came to. Recently remodeled, looks fantastic! It's busy every time we go there, I'm glad to see a Richfeild business thriving. The service is super friendly. They have a great little, cafe/concessions place too (Herb's Place) And as part of the remodel, a very nice seating area for lunch, a snack or parties. We had a birthday party there once and their birthday package is a great deal. They kids had a blast. The only recommendation I would make is a better discount for school groups. Their prices in general are a bit expensive. read more

The Service Department is great ! After traveling more than 1,000 miles from TX to ride the Paiute Trail, my RZR developed an electrical problem after my first day in Utah. I took it in to Jorgenson's and Derek in their service department was extremely helpful. They got right on it and I was back on the trails in a few hours. We were camping up above Fish Lake for our annual 10 day trip and had our fuel pump go out on our 2011 RZR - we called jorgesons Honda to see if they carried it . We spoke with Colton 3 separate times where we were guaranteed the fuel pump would arrive by 1pm on Wednesday and if there was an issue he would call and leave us a voicemail. Well we showed up today at 1pm and were told the part was not going to be in until Friday morning. They did refund the money but the point was we made a trip down the mountain after being guaranteed our part would be there . It was a waste of time and money. I certainly won't trust any guarantee given by this company again. read more
