I pulled into location they were polite until I showed them the coupon for the smog service. (I just got it off of their website last night.) They tried to tell me that they couldn't honor it because my car was too big. ( 2010 Ford Edge) fits in a compact parking zone. They wanted to raise the price $10. That's crap I told them, and left. Although I had a coupon for my Smog the owner of the buisness wouldn't accept it because it doesn't apply to trucks. I told him to look at my history I've been going to him for 3 years and for something senseless as a coupon he lost my business! No posting of any kind excluding trucks and nothing posted if you use your debit card there's a fee. All I heard was if I charge you that coupon price, I don't make money! I have bills and food to pay! Well Sir so do I and that's why people like me look for coupons. Decent service however business has a coupon for 31.75. It specifically says extra for trucks. However does not say how much extra. Guy hooks up my car and says it's basically double the price for an electronic smog check. I've been here before and thought the smog check would have been maybe 10 bucks more but double the price for the same test as a sedan or smaller vehicle. Won't be returning. I was at the 76 station near the air pump, trying to put air in my tires which I'm kind of unfamiliar with and needed help. The gentleman who owns the shop came outside and I asked if he could be just a little assistance and he blurted "I'm not open!" I'm a female in my late 50s and I just needed a little assistance. I told him God bless him. He goes on to say, "Would you clean my house if I asked" and I said yes I would because it's the Godly thing to do, to help others in time of need. Beware... Caution! I just went To Jorge's and I had his coupon advertising my 1996 explorer would be $50 total just like it was 2 years ago. I showed The man I presume to be the owner the coupon and he looks at it and says we charge $80 for your car and I said your coupon says $50 And then he Pointed to the service charge board and says I charge $80. He had no good reason whatsoever other than he says I have to pay my bills too and I told him well you accepted this coupon before and now you're not. I told him I'll just go someplace else. It looks like other people on this feed had the same problem. In my opinion this guy should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. So I went down the street and was able to get it done for $60 without a coupon at main street smog and boy was he ever quick it took only about 10 minutes and I've never seen any mechanic actually moved very quickly around the car all the while I was there. read more

I will never ever as long as I live go back to this place again after today. I've been a regular customer of his for many years. I'm elderly so he's always been nice and helpful but unfortunately today he was in a really bad mood because somebody broke into his place. Just last week I took my car and he charged me $40.00 which it's always been. So of course today when I took my other car I thought it was gonna be $40 again. He told me he's charging me $60 I said oh wait I have my coupon then he said I'm not taking your coupon I don't make money with that so I'm charging you 60 and I said oh boy can I at least pay 50 he turned to me and said, do you want me to do it or not, so he was very rude and then I said that is expensive and he just got so upset at me and he refused to do my smog check and made me leave. This place is a joke! He didn't pass my smog due to a visual inspection where he states I had the wrong catalytic converter.(i had just bought the car the day before) I went back a week later for him to explain exactly what the issue was and he was very rude and seemed very bothered that I questioned his expertise. I then shopped around for a new catalytic converter where I almost spent $1163 for a new one and the place tells me it's the same converter that I already had installed in the car. I go back to the smog shop where again is very rude and I tell him the issue and offer paperwork and pictures of the converter part number from the place I almost purchased a new one from and he refuses to re smog it for me. I offered to even pay the fee again and he's just simply rude and said no! I took it to MOMs in Hesperia and passed smog right away. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!
