The worst suit rental service there is. Whatever kid they have working up front is completely clueless with the job. Took about 45 minutes just to get measured because he had no idea how to do any of the measurements correctly. Make sure you try on everything when they give it to you. My pants had a loose inseam so you could see my inner thigh on both sides. thankfully I tried them on and caught the mistake, but I then had to come back the next day to get new pants as they didn't have any readily available. A big inconvenience when i dont live in the area The new pants they gave to me were not slim fit like the original and they were way too short for me. My bow tie clasp snapped as soon as I put it on wedding day. I was advised by Chris that I didn't have to try everything on so I assumed they double checked things like that. So I had to rig together my bow tie the morning of the wedding which was not fun. Overall a 0 star experience. Save your money and go to Pernos or anywhere else in Athens, or use Suit Shop. I will not be back and will strongly advise against them if ever brought up for future events. read more

This store in Athens is great. They have sizes and styles for everyone. We shop here for all the young and older men in our family. All of the clothes are made well and very comfortable to wear. It is a pleasure to go in Jos A Bank because all the sales people are so nice and will help you find everything you need from casual to dressy clothes. We have found some great prices on the sales rack even though the prices are good all through the store. read more

I'm in the store a few times a year and am impressed by the young sales associates. I go straight to them as they are kind, helpful, and competent. Ask for Evan. He is patient and respectful. He consistently goes above and beyond in his customer service. I'm glad we have a place like this in the area to get properly fitted. I'll be back. read more

The most unorganized group of people I have ever encountered. I am surprised they're still in business. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! These people are unable to handle simple transactions, look up orders, keep track of suits, or complete an alteration. The fact that my groomsmen and I all paid for a suit and the tailoring up front is a complete ripoff, considering they are unable to locate any orders after the fact. Getting a suit brought into the store (after paying $100's already) was near impossible. On top of that, they were unable to find orders placed in the system or look up receipts. With 10 days until the wedding and FOUR MONTHS after paying, we still don't have all the suits. Finally, once we had a suit in hand, they were incompetent when it came to marking suits for tailoring. Suits were lost, people had to come back into the store several times to re-mark tailoring because the employees failed at every step of the process to make things work. They even tailored my suit BACKWARDS. The pants were extended rather than taken in, suit sleeves shortened instead of left alone, et The fact that this location is still in business blows my mind. My mistake was choosing Jos A Bank to provide suits for my wedding party. Their mistake, was every other single step of the process. Their incompetence and lack of basic intelligence is surprising. Please avoid if you value your sanity. The only caveat is that Jackie, who I presume is the manager, knows what she is doing. Jackie is the only one with any sense, but everyone else, including Jos A Bank corporate and their system/practices, are useless. read more

They really tried their best but they simply have no idea what they are doing. All I wanted was brown buttons on my suit. They send your suit and pants to the Men's Warehouse down the road for tailoring so just go there and skip their shenanigans. They didn't answer phone calls or call me and so I just went in, and then I found out that the tailor lost my buttons I brought in. Not their fault. That's fine. I drive to Joann fabrics to get more buttons. They reimburse me for them. I will be the button delivery driver, whatever, that's fine. Then, they tell me it's ready. I go in. I bought 16 buttons. They put them only on the sleeves, not the pants like I asked. They used 8 buttons. Where's the rest of my buttons? I have no idea. Someone somewhere has now lost approximately 26 buttons that I have brought to them. I just wanted to get out of there so I just cut my losses and got someone else to finish the job. So I did. They are nice people but they don't really listen or pay attention to details. read more

I used JAB for the suits for my wedding (groom and groomsmen), and while the suits looked great this ended up being a bit of a train wreck. I went in two months before the wedding which should have been plenty of time, and still barely got everyone's attire in time. In the interest of brevity here's what we had: inability to take proper measurements, wrong vests being given to groomsmen, alterations weren't done on time (twice), shirts ordered in wrong size. Nearly every time we went in there, we were fixing something that had been done incorrectly. Having said all that, the suits eventually did come out well, and the store manager did her best to set everything right, but after all this, I'm in no hurry to throw any more of my time or money at them. read more
