(No one else around but her and I) "I was just looking for the pajamas?" Her manner and tone were the rudest I've ever experienced. If I was a Karen, I would have cared enough to get her fired. I just had a question that took a few seconds! The bright spot of this Macys is the baristas at the Starbucks. They were hilarious and kept it real. They hooked a girl up! I had bought gifts for someone and they recently passed away. I went in with my receipt, got to the counter and the guy first tells me "sorry we can't accept returns after 4:18."
