After years, maybe even a decade, of bringing my dry cleaning to this location, I found out that you have online coupons. After I learned of this, I asked for the coupon when I picked up my latest order. I was told that I had to mention the coupon when I drop my order off. Seriously!?!? I've not been getting this coupon all this time. Did someone not think to mention it to me when they see me monthly? And the one time I ask, you tell me no. My business has just gone elsewhere. The gentleman I spoke with @ 2:59 pm today explained they were about to close I prepaid for shirts this morning and explained I must have these shirts for a busy trip I leave for Monday 6am, he said "I will wait till you get here" I immediately got in car pulled in the parking lot @ 3:10pm. Worst Experience ever!!! First red flag: this place is D-I-R-T-Y. Second red flag: there weren't many clothes being cleaned when I dropped off my item, which means they don't have to much business *bad sign*. I should have paid attention to these obvious warnings, but instead forked over my $69 sweater, which came back with two glue like stains and a hole. Went back to address the issues with my sweater and was told nothing could be done because "they don't put stains in things!" No refund, no apology, nothing. In summary, worst customer service & dry cleaning in Cincinnati! I will NEVER return here again and advise anyone who reads this review to avoid this place like the plauge! read more

I left my leather jacket for replacement of the broken zipper. Thr counter person looked up on a sheet of paper and quoted $40. for the repair. She stated that they would send it out to a leather specialist on Friday and I could come back in one weeek to pick it up. On Friday Dec 12 I received a voice mail that the jacket was ready and the cost was $55.50. I went to the shop questioning about the cost, and counter person stated that the owner (Rod Griffin) sets the price. She stated I could pick it up between 9-10 AM Saturday. I went to the establishment and he was not there. Counter person said he wopuld be back in 15-20 minutes and said she would have him call me. When he did call, he was extremely rude and stated if I didn't like price, I didn't have to do business with him. I immediately went over the establishment and he didn't have any considerstion for the complaint. And of course he is not listed with the Cincinnati BBB. I would not recomend others to do business with him and would discourage other to do the same. read more

Their prices are right and the job is quickly done. That's about the only good things I can say. They melted the buttons on my sons tuxedo shirt and when I brought it back in I was told the manager would have to call me back. Wow this guy was an (edit ) *rude* Totally unapologetic told me it was my fault because the tuxedo shirt buttons were studs and did I expect him to take the belt off my pants too. Totally rude and needless to say offered no apology much less compensation for ruining the shirt. read more

If the option for "0 stars" existed, I would select that for Dillonvale Cleaners. I had the absolute worst experience with them. I dropped off my dress (only worn twice!) to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up a few days later, it had brown/orange spots all over it. I immediately took it back & the attendant filled out a ticket for a "re-do". When I picked it up the second time it looked even worse! What's worse is when I talked to the manager about it, Mr. Rod Griffith, he claimed that there was no way that their dry cleaning services could have done that to my dress and that the spots must have already been there when I dropped it off. He also mentioned that they've been in business for 30+ years and that they don't stain clothes. He made no apology and very quickly told me that he was not paying for my dress - which was expensive! You can't; it is impossible, or so I thought. After checking in to the Westin on Friday, and being told my dry cleaning would be available the next day, I was justifiably alarmed to see my bag of dirty clothes in my room at 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon. Having been on the road traveling for work for the last five days, and with another week to go with an early flight on Monday, I was shocked to learn the hotel did not offer dry cleaning service over the weekend. After calling fourteen or fifteen different locations, begging, pleading, I landed at TJ Dry Cleaners. Their response, no problem, we can get it done. Skeptically​, I arrived twenty minutes later, and they let me know my clothes would be ready in under two hours. Just to recap, on Saturday, after my hotel and a plethora of locations declining and even laughing-off my request for weekend or next-day service, TJ Dry Cleaners was able to have my clothes cleaned, pressed, and ready in two hours, on a Saturday afternoon, in Cincinnati, without charging me an exorbitant fee. Give TJ Dry Cleaners your business. My suites and shirts have never looked better. As a customer, I have never experienced such incredible service. I tried this cleaners in early spring after being overcharged at other well known cleaners in the area.. This cleaner has done a great job on my clothes thus far for an excellent price! I am a fashionista with an eye for quality clothes at a good price so I don't want to pay more to clean an item than I paid for it! (Cleaners "W"). I highly recommend this cleaners for the great job they do for an affordable price! The staff is always friendly not snobbish like some cleaners I've experienced. I feel compelled to write for this service. For starters, this is my first yelp review for anything. Secondly, I'm a high user of dry cleaning services and have been for years. I searched for a long time before finding Dillonvale and have always been thrilled with their service and prices. I recently moved farther away and made the mistake of giving a couple of other closer cleaners a chance. I regret it, so much so that I'm now driving past 5 or so competitors and 20 minutes out of my way to continue to use these guys. read more

If you want your clothing quickly, but don't care what the condition will be? This is the dry cleaner for you. I have had to return clothing several times for poor pressing, double crease pant, dirty collars, etc. The final straw was when they ruined my black linen pants which I've only wore three times. I have been taking my clothing here for a couple months now for dry cleaning. I'm new to the area. I noticed that the elasticity of both my new and older sweaters were botched. I've thrown away two sweaters already. I asked to talk to the Manager/Owner who wasn't in the office when I showed up in person with a physical example. I left one of the damaged sweaters for his review. I had to stop back in the the Cleaners a week later to ask for him again. He wasn't available. I was wondering if they were stretching the bottoms of my sweaters over something to dry clean them. Two cashmier sweaters of mine which cost a pretty penny were also ruined (which I am debating throwing alway as well). It became important to me since a total of four sweaters in a two month period were ruined. The Manger/Owner called me today to explain that they put my sweaters in a machine to wash them and hang dry them with other peoples clothing and according to the manufacters suggestion. My tops have not been dry cleaned as I have always requested. The Manager/Owner stood by his decision to follow the manufacturing labeling on the inside tags to machine wash my clothing rather than go by my "dry clean" instructions. There was no offer of a refund by him as he stands by his opinions. In the meantime, my clothing was not being dry cleaned but machined washed which I could have done on my own IF I HAD WANTED IT THAT WAY. read more
