She informed me that she had not been told of my situation by any of her staff. She seemed quite sincere and I believe that she was not properly informed by her staff. She asked what they could do to remedy the situation. I suggested that if my clothes were to be found and returned I would be happy. Additional financial damages were offered, but I said I would be fine with just my clothes being returned, as I did not file a complaint as a means to get money from the business. The following day, I received a call from her that my clothes were found. I picked the clothes up and they were in perfect condition. Of course, I was not charged. Needless to say, I am very happy with the personal attention paid to my situation, and I whole heartedly recommend this business. Their management is very professional.
