I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

On the 13th when I was driving to pick up I got a call that they weren't ready yet, but if I came I could wait 20 min for them. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours and during that time there were other customers that came in that also wasn't done and would be additional days to what I believe is new work they got in. I wait 1.5 hours while they work on my skirts and the young lady who was working on the last one asked me to try it on for fit, I do and she has to take it in more. I also had to come back a month later for the skirts that weren't finished. The next day I get a call from the owner stating that there was a fitting down that I didn't pay for. I was completely confused. I did not understand why she was calling to charge me for a fitting that the young woman asked me to do and after I waited 1.5 hours. It made no sense. We went back and forth because she must have forgotten that I brought in the additional skirt for sizing and didn't need the fitting, didn't know I waited as long as I did, didn't know that the young lady asked for me to try it on, and also didn't get the full story of what occurred. Fast forward. On July 13 I come to grab the skirts and it is obvious that either the work has been done or it has been down sub par. I was able to get a refund thank gosh. Disappointed in the customer service, the communication, and the handling of an error.
