With an affordable price for her service, her presence was not only outstanding, it was invaluable. We didn't realize how much we needed her until the big day came. While myself as the bride was pretty cool as a cucumber, my mother was (for lack of a better word), a hot mess. Michelle not only took care of my needs (and thought of everything), but made sure my mother was calm, cool, and collected so she could enjoy the final moments of getting ready. There is Macy's Furniture and Macy's regular store at this mall. Walking in I was never greeted nor spoken to by any associate I walked pass while browsing the furniture selection and their household goods (comforters, bathroom and other decor that is in here). The store seemed organized and clean but the customer service lacked tharlt special smile and greeting.

Macy's is having a friends and family sale that ends tomorrow 6/9 so it made sense to purchase a bigger size for a small price difference with the discount applied. Manoli was wonderful in helping me find a fragrance I was looking for by YSL and put me on to new perfume by Burberry (Her Intense) which smells amazing! What topped it all off is that Melissa also tossed in a free Marc Jacob's bag that was such a nice gesture!

I shop online. So let me share. I purchased 10 items from Nordstrom. All shipments included a…read morereturn label. It is a pain free process. I purchased from Soma different items and paid with PayPal. Before the final click completing the purchase Soma tells you clearly returns for items purchased online with PayPal must be returned by mail. Perfect I understand before I complete the transaction my return options. Now onto Loft. I purchased three items online. All beach coverups. I then went to return all three. I attempt to use the online system however Loft has designed the online return procedures to make it as difficult as possible. But I note it will cost me $ 7.95 to return by mail and free to go to the store. Once in the store I deliver my unworn items with tags in the original packages. I am told swimwear cannot be returned in the store. I am forced then to pay the return fee and once again try to navigate a deceptive system designed to frustrate a consumer and thus the Return is never complete. That's my first issue. When you are shopping on line it is not made even remotely clear the return policy. Frankly you have to go to three areas of the website to see what the return policy is on swimwear. On the receipt finding the policy at the bottom in the smallest font possible again hides the policy. I find this appalling. Surely all retailers have their own policy. However consumers should be able to understand the policy in a clear openly designed system. I will pay the return costs. I will never shop at Loft, Ann Taylor or any of their companies again. Here I come Nordstrom.

I…read morewas able to find several items for my nephew, and the store wasn't too busy, but the employees seemed to have no couth and no care for providing quality service or moving customers through the line efficiently. The cashier I was unfortunate enough to get spent all of her time looking past me to yell at one of her coworkers across the store. Whatever the inside joke was simply couldn't wait, I guess. To make matters worse, the manager was a few registers over (I know because she had to be called to push through a discount), and she was busy in her own world as well.
