When I arrived the woman has my information on a clipped. She asked me a few questions about color and then told me to look through the racks. I wasn't offered a dressing room, I found a chair to drape my selections over. I was told they were working with another customer and I could just look through the racks. I pulled 3 dresses off the rack, all were a size 8. I asked the clerk if they could find the style or something similar in a size that would fit my body (12-14) but was told no. I would need to try on the size 8, they could pin it to stay on me, order and pay for a style that I hadn't tried on and then I would be able to try it on. My experience with USA Bridal has been terrible!…read more All of my bridesmaid's dresses are two to three sizes too big. The girls needed the staff's expertise to measure their bodies to pick the right size. The sizes were chosen based on what the person who measured the girls in USA Bridal told them to get. If the girls had gone with their normal dress sizes they wouldn't be in this predicament. But, the girls were listening to their staff's judgment. For instance, If I go to the doctor's office and the doctor told me I had certain complications. I'm going to listen to what the doctor is telling me because they are professionals.  My sister and I spoke with Denise out of the Goodlettsville, TN location about our concerns. Of course, we heard her say all sales are final and you all signed a contract. But, when the whole bridal party's dresses are swallowing them that's a problem. We also asked Denise if there was anyone we can talk to above her. Denise stated, "We are all on the same level." I'm sure Denise has a manager that we could have spoken with. We wanted to know could the dresses be exchanged for a different size or different dress. Denise told me to hold on and that she would go check. Denise stated there were no sizes in black available. The website has the size 4 available and is ready to ship in a couple of days. Why lie to me? Also, we could get 25% off a new dress.  After this conversation, I knew I messed up by telling my girls to go to USA Bridal to get their dresses.  I had my girls come to USA Bridal because I wanted to support the smaller bridal boutiques in Louisville. But, one of my bridesmaids told me about her terrible experience with USA Bridal. They ordered her wedding gown two sizes too small. The dress size their staff wrote on the contract was not the right dress size that was ordered. She had to lose 20 lbs just to fit in her dress. Based on that situation we should have never come to USA Bridal to do business.  As a business, how do they make it right with customers? They could potentially have to return customers or more based on word of mouth. USA Bridal does not care it's all about the money. Based on the bad reviews for the Louisville, KY location on Yelp the store needs help!  The statement below on their website states experience a stress-free search but then when the dresses arrive you're dealing with stress. They need to take this statement off their website if they don't mean it. It's very misleading! WHY CHOOSE USA BRIDAL? "What to expect when you become a USA Bridal's wedding bride? I work in learning and development and would be happy to create learning modules for their team regarding customer service. They wanted me to pick another dress that was in stock but they only had 1-2 sizes in certain styles. A lot of the dresses they sent me today were not appealing. As a bride, I would never want another bride to go through this. I really hope they make it right with customers experiencing issues with dresses from their store.  I do not recommend any USA Bridal location! I had to last minute buy a whole suit for an important black tie wedding. I didn't wear their rental suit at all; I asked for a refund due to the suit being the wrong size and the wrong suit. They of course refused a refund. Renting here is a huge risk because you may end up paying for a rental as well as buying a whole suit last minute.

If you want a store where someone is up in your business constantly during the appointment, Nedra's is not that place. No one is going to "jack you up" a la Monty from SYTTD Atlanta, unless you ask. But THANK GOD for that! There was not even the tiniest hint of the hard sell from them at any point in the process. Since I left the dress with them til we left town for the wedding, and "visited it" a few times to try on accessories and check the fit, they had ample opportunity to push their own stuff, and didn't. When it finally came time to pick up the dress, Nina wished me luck and asked me to stop by with wedding pictures when we got them back. Disclaimer: when I made the apt online I noted my budget was $500, no one ever reached out and informed me this was not appropriate for this store. I was given an incredibly small portion of the "discount" and damaged rack of dresses to try. When I finally found pale blue-green dress that could work (It was $200 and heavily pilled and frayed in the seems). I took a photo and sent it to some friends and my husband. They all said it looked white with blue floral application. I'm the MOG, I can't wear anything remotely white (or photographs white) to this or any wedding. When I told them the feedback and that I couldn't get this dress, they started to pressure me pretty hard. I had my Mom and Aunt with me, they were pressuring to, because they knew that was the last dress that was in budget and could work. I finally had to very firmly say "I can't". I was pretty upset I was being encouraged/pressured to settle on a damaged dress that "could work" (not the feeling I was going for), because it was the last one in my budget. After that, I just got dressed and just left. I left feeling upset, small, and overall embarrassed. Went to David's Bridal right after, had amazing service, tried on so many dresses, and picked one that was half of my $500 budget! Helpful Hint: if someone makes an appt at your store, notates their budget, and if it's not realistic, please notify them. Also, there are no prices online to even gauge what caliber of price and product you have in the store. Even your "Tips" section doesn't elude to $500 being a small budget being it's considered a bridal boutique.
