I know this probably feels weird to folks if they're used to shopping wherever and doing whatever, but if you had a $1000-10,000 dress in that store looking for a customer, you'd be glad she was hovering over the customer, wanting to make sure zippers didn't rip, fabrics are pristine, no sodas are spilled and the like. She is thoughtful, and knows body types and styles. I've found beautiful dresses to purchase for weddings and quincernas. She also has a selection of mother of the bride, bridesmaid and prom gowns. Yes, she doesn't want food or drink or kids wandering in the store. This little store is a great place to score a great deal on your formal wear needs! And you can rest easy that if you're a consignor, your garment is being taken very good care of!

She told me to look around for my size and showed me the fitting room. Thank god my daughter was there to zip me she was sitting at the register up front playing on her phone. I got disgusted and left in less than 20 minutes. They have lost my business and both of my daughters business as well. We will go some where and spend thousands of dollars where the worker doesn't look and act like a walking mugshot. We paid no mind and made sure that the bride to be was satisfied with her dress. Also, it was brought to their attention that they didn't put the dress in the bag properly. After it was brought to their attention, they put the dress in there properly. It doesn't take much for that to get wrinkled. Their AC was out. It was so hot in there that it turned my hair from curls to straight and stringy. The 2 stars came from when we walked in, we were greeted, and they were friendly. It sits on the corner with a couple of other buildings and it's a very busy area and their signage was not clear to me so I passed it a couple of times before realizing exactly where it was. It wasn't immediately apparent that there was parking in the back either. Once we figured that out, it's all good from there. Magnolia & Fig provides a light and pleasant space to shop for clothing, accessories, and other knickknacks. We were greeted warmly by the attendant, and she gives us the option to browse or asked us if we were looking for something specific. Once we told her what my friend was looking for and her size, the attendant got right to work, pulling dresses for her to try from the racks. We were brought eight or 10 different dresses to try in a small but nicely decorated fitting area. The two employees worked together to bring us outfits to try, giving us space and time to try each one, but giving opinions and thoughts, when asked to. They were very kind patient and efficient. They were sensitive to the needs of my friend as related to her disability without talking down to her or making her feel out of place. It was a very positive experience and we found the perfect dress for my friend's event. In the store, you will find lots of ladies clothing options in addition to some jewelry, hats, shoes and even pretty things for the home. I think my friend paid about $150 for the gorgeous dress and the earrings that she purchased. We would both recommend Magnolia & Fig for a fun boutique experience and a nice selection of clothing to choose from.

Well fast forward a little and I got a message that I won a $100 gift card. Yeah me! So I went back to make find some more cute things. The store is so cute. If you're a girls girl you'll love it I promise. The staff are so friendly & helpful, but, don't give off stalker vibes. I hate that!!! So thank you for giving me space. Much appreciated. It's organized perfectly. Magnolia & Fig carries some unique brands of clothing, accessories & home decor. I chose a gorgeous summer dress, two bracelets and a necklace for my daughter. They have an awesome website to shop online and offer private shopping appointments. They're open Wednesday-Sunday. Check out their sales rack as well. I saw some great deals on cute dresses. When I arrived the woman has my information on a clipped. She asked me a few questions about color and then told me to look through the racks. I wasn't offered a dressing room, I found a chair to drape my selections over. I was told they were working with another customer and I could just look through the racks. I pulled 3 dresses off the rack, all were a size 8. I asked the clerk if they could find the style or something similar in a size that would fit my body (12-14) but was told no. I would need to try on the size 8, they could pin it to stay on me, order and pay for a style that I hadn't tried on and then I would be able to try it on. My experience with USA Bridal has been terrible!…read more All of my bridesmaid's dresses are two to three sizes too big. The girls needed the staff's expertise to measure their bodies to pick the right size. The sizes were chosen based on what the person who measured the girls in USA Bridal told them to get. If the girls had gone with their normal dress sizes they wouldn't be in this predicament. But, the girls were listening to their staff's judgment. For instance, If I go to the doctor's office and the doctor told me I had certain complications. I'm going to listen to what the doctor is telling me because they are professionals.  My sister and I spoke with Denise out of the Goodlettsville, TN location about our concerns. Of course, we heard her say all sales are final and you all signed a contract. But, when the whole bridal party's dresses are swallowing them that's a problem. We also asked Denise if there was anyone we can talk to above her. Denise stated, "We are all on the same level." I'm sure Denise has a manager that we could have spoken with. We wanted to know could the dresses be exchanged for a different size or different dress. Denise told me to hold on and that she would go check. Denise stated there were no sizes in black available. The website has the size 4 available and is ready to ship in a couple of days. Why lie to me? Also, we could get 25% off a new dress.  After this conversation, I knew I messed up by telling my girls to go to USA Bridal to get their dresses.  I had my girls come to USA Bridal because I wanted to support the smaller bridal boutiques in Louisville. But, one of my bridesmaids told me about her terrible experience with USA Bridal. They ordered her wedding gown two sizes too small. The dress size their staff wrote on the contract was not the right dress size that was ordered. She had to lose 20 lbs just to fit in her dress. Based on that situation we should have never come to USA Bridal to do business.  As a business, how do they make it right with customers? They could potentially have to return customers or more based on word of mouth. USA Bridal does not care it's all about the money. Based on the bad reviews for the Louisville, KY location on Yelp the store needs help!  The statement below on their website states experience a stress-free search but then when the dresses arrive you're dealing with stress. They need to take this statement off their website if they don't mean it. It's very misleading! WHY CHOOSE USA BRIDAL? "What to expect when you become a USA Bridal's wedding bride? With us, you can experience a stress free search for wedding dresses for sale in your area. We are a wedding boutique that makes you feel special and beautiful. Please take a look at the emails they wrote attached. Talk about bad customer service. I work in learning and development and would be happy to create learning modules for their team regarding customer service. They wanted me to pick another dress that was in stock but they only had 1-2 sizes in certain styles. A lot of the dresses they sent me today were not appealing. As a bride, I would never want another bride to go through this. I really hope they make it right with customers experiencing issues with dresses from their store.  I do not recommend any USA Bridal location! You will deal with a headache and money down the drain!
