Trigger warning : Fat Shaming I'm not even a larger person, but I'm too big for them to have anything in my size. I had a 2:00 appointment that I made a month ago. When I arrived the woman has my information on a clipped. She asked me a few questions about color and then told me to look through the racks. I wasn't offered a dressing room, I found a chair to drape my selections over. I was told they were working with another customer and I could just look through the racks. I pulled 3 dresses off the rack, all were a size 8. I asked the clerk if they could find the style or something similar in a size that would fit my body (12-14) but was told no. I would need to try on the size 8, they could pin it to stay on me, order and pay for a style that I hadn't tried on and then I would be able to try it on. My experience with USA Bridal has been terrible! All of my bridesmaid's dresses are two to three sizes too big. The girls needed the staff's expertise to measure their bodies to pick the right size. The sizes were chosen based on what the person who measured the girls in USA Bridal told them to get. If the girls had gone with their normal dress sizes they wouldn't be in this predicament. But, the girls were listening to their staff's judgment. For instance, If I go to the doctor's office and the doctor told me I had certain complications. I'm going to listen to what the doctor is telling me because they are professionals.  My sister and I spoke with Denise out of the Goodlettsville, TN location about our concerns. Of course, we heard her say all sales are final and you all signed a contract. But, when the whole bridal party's dresses are swallowing them that's a problem. We also asked Denise if there was anyone we can talk to above her. Denise stated, "We are all on the same level." I'm sure Denise has a manager that we could have spoken with. We wanted to know could the dresses be exchanged for a different size or different dress. Denise told me to hold on and that she would go check. Denise stated there were no sizes in black available. The website has the size 4 available and is ready to ship in a couple of days. Why lie to me? Also, we could get 25% off a new dress.  After this conversation, I knew I messed up by telling my girls to go to USA Bridal to get their dresses.  I had my girls come to USA Bridal because I wanted to support the smaller bridal boutiques in Louisville. But, one of my bridesmaids told me about her terrible experience with USA Bridal. They ordered her wedding gown two sizes too small. The dress size their staff wrote on the contract was not the right dress size that was ordered. She had to lose 20 lbs just to fit in her dress. Based on that situation we should have never come to USA Bridal to do business.  As a business, how do they make it right with customers? They could potentially have to return customers or more based on word of mouth. USA Bridal does not care it's all about the money. Based on the bad reviews for the Louisville, KY location on Yelp the store needs help!  The statement below on their website states experience a stress-free search but then when the dresses arrive you're dealing with stress. I work in learning and development and would be happy to create learning modules for their team regarding customer service. They wanted me to pick another dress that was in stock but they only had 1-2 sizes in certain styles. A lot of the dresses they sent me today were not appealing. As a bride, I would never want another bride to go through this. I had some time on Monday night to check a few more wedding dresses until I lock in on the right one. This shop has tons of dresses reasonably priced to fit anyone's budget. They let you come in on an appointment to make sure they have an attendee to help pull all the dresses that you desire to try on. My attendee Melissa (or Melinda I'm bad with names) was such a doll and kept pulling more dresses once she saw the look I was going after. She was so helpful, since I didn't have any friends with me on this run. We definitely tried on almost 10 dresses in a matter of 30 minutes. The dressing rooms may need some help, it's not as fancy as other shops. But I'm sure they turn out a lot of people for the size of the store. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, as they have lots of bridesmaids dresses and tux's to view too! read more

We went here to shop for my daughters prom dress! I have been here previously for wedding dress shopping with a friend. Since they changed from bridal warehouse to USA bridal the Customer service has gotten much better than in the past! With Covid protocol you have to make an appointment so it's much more organized and calm and easy to go through the selection. I went ahead and ordered address after they took my daughters measurements and it's just perfect and beautiful. Definitely would recommend. Affordable, large selection, easy to make appointments, easy to pick up and fast ordering. read more

Well this was our second stop for bridal gown shopping today. And our favorite of the two shops. Our attendant was sweet and helpful and not at all pushy. She gave us her full attention and was very professional. The dresses were a bit pricier than at the first shoppe but not by a lot. Selection was about the same although we did find a dress that we both liked and was in our price range. It was very different from what my daughter had in mind but it was flattering and fit well. The shoppe was big and bright with comfortable seating for family/friends of the bride. There was a much more personal feel to this establishment than there was at the other shoppe we visited. It is located in a strip mall so plenty of parking and also has tuxedos and suit rentals for the guys which is a nice touch. All 8n all nice place. Worth a look. My sister is eloping next month and she wanted to find a dress soon. She left this establishment in tears. The girl that was helping her was extremely disrespectful, showed no interest in helping and made her feel like she was an inconvenience. My sisters friend who is of color was trying to talk to the girl because let's be honest she had no personality to begin with and the girl literally would ignore her basically treating her like she was invisible. Not only that, she wouldn't even let my sister come out to look at the dress even if it wasn't the right size. Instead of suggesting other options or checking for another size she just made her take the dress off. I could keep going on how unprofessional this girl was but it's not worth the time. I received great service from USA Bridal. It doesn't feel like one of the "spa like, high end, instagramable" boutiques but it carries dresses from several well-known designers at the lowest MSRP the designers allow. Plus, they have trunk shows and on sale "take home today" dresses in many sizes that allow you even more ways to save money. And you can see their inventory online! I had a couple of appointments here and still didn't find my dress at their store. But, I found a Sophia Tolli dress (Deon, Y11715) at another shop that was sold above MSRP. I saw that USA Bridal was having a Sophia Tolli trunk show with a promotion of 20% off any of her designs a couple week later. I called them and they helped me order the dress through them during their trunk show to help me save over $300! I worked with several employees to make this happen and the communication among the team was great. They even helped me order the matching lace cap sleeves at the discount and sent me my receipts electronically. Later, when my tailor lost the sleeves, USA Bridal worked with the Sophia Tolli team in Australia to have new sleeves shipped at no additional cost to me. Now, that is service! read more

Who likes weddings? Not me. Fortunately the staff at Bridal Warehouse seems to. I visited recently for some help with a bridesmaid's gown for an upcoming wedding. I have spent more on bridesmaid's gowns and alterations combined than I will ever spend on a wedding gown. Too bad I can't trade the gowns in after each event, or just rent them like you can with a tux. But I digress. The staff was accommodating at getting me in on the same day so I could try and get some mastery over the layers of chiffon and polyester that were overwhelming me. The scene inside was controlled chaos, and definitely preferable to what I had encountered at another large wedding chain a few months before - no names but I am sure you can guess. They probably need someone else manning the phones. The person answering on this particular day got 3 things wrong (Bride's name - first and last, and they're pretty easy, 1-syllable, American names; Wedding date - wrong month AND day when I had said the name of the month and the ordinal number of the day; Department I needed). I would have them repeat back what you are booking when you call so you don't end up added to Lori Nightengale's wedding on "Six Four" that requires a dress from the Formal Wear department like I was. read more

They told me they could get me a dress for my daughter for prom. We were having issues getting the correct size, and they told me they could order it. When we received the dress in the mail it was not the size we ordered and didn't even come close to fitting her. When I reached out about the issue to try and either get a refund or to get them to send the correct dress size, they completely refused! I ordered a women's 16 and they sent a junior 15/16. PLEASE DO NOT USE USA BRIDAL FOR YOUR WEDDING NEEDS. My sister decided to use their services for bridesmaid dresses. She had all of her ladies go to USA BRIDAL to get measured and when we all received our dresses they were 2 to 3 sizes bigger. We called to voice our concerns about how big our dresses were. We stated how they are the professionals and we trusted them to get as close to our sizes as possible. Their response was we signed a contract so in other words we are struck with the dresses. If we trusted the professionals judgement, of course we signed the paper. That's just a great way to keep your money if they get it wrong. Some options they gave us, I guess trying to be helpful was switching sizes within the group,25% off a new dress or alterations which are going to be costly due to how much needs to be done. They are the worst at handling a problem for their customers. If you use USA BRIDAL you will be making a big MISTAKE. read more

I feel that the staff at bridal warehouse is friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. I am a very indecisive person, yet they hung in there with me through thick and thin. They no longer do alterations in house which seems to be why everyone dislikes them so much. We ended up getting our bridesmaids and groomsmen outfits from them as well because they have a good discount for staying with the company. I would have given this business 5 stars if they would fix their phone system. I feel like every time I call I can BARELY hear them and when I ask them to speak up it doesn't make a difference. If you are thinking of going to Bridal Warehouse for your wedding, DON'T. You will regret it. My wedding is two months away, and they've butchered my dress so that it's completely unwearable. Now I have to try to find ANOTHER dress in two months' time. It has been a horrible nightmare working with this company. I bought a dress I loved, over 10 months ago, that just needed the straps shortened slightly (they were sagging in the back) and the ribcage let out about a half an inch. I got the dress back the first time, and the straps were waaay too short (the bust of the dress is about 4 inches too high, level with my underarms). The a-line of the dress was moved up when they shortened the straps so that the whole dress, from bust to hips is HUGE on me. They say the dress is perfect, and that it's MY fault because I must have lost weight. They told me I would have to REPAY $200+ to have the problem fixed, which of course I don't agree with, seeing as I didn't do anything wrong, and I've already paid $350! After my 2nd fitting, the dress is even worse. There are THREE full inches of space between my ribcage and the dress! I have always been the same size, a 2. There's no way I lost 3 inches around my ribcage in 10 months! Plus, the straps aren't at all even. In the back, one is an inch wide and the other 2 inches wide and curved. It fit better for alterations touched it. We have given them plenty of chances to fix it, and they refuse to see the serious defaults in this dress that are direct result of the alterations staff's work. My mom and I have cried and begged and pleaded with them to make this right, and they refuse. What's worse is that even their corporate office won't help us, and they ignore our calls and never call us back to talk about the issue. Please save yourself the heartache and trouble, and take your money somewhere else. I understand that it's hard to admit your mistakes, but taking $700 of someone's hard-earned money and leaving them with no functional product is theft in my opinion. read more

Just walked out of this building and had a horrible experience. My daughter was looking for pageant dresses ranging in prices 300.00 - 600.00 dollars and NO ONE offered us any help at all!! At one point one of the workers walked by us pulling a bag of dirty tuxedos and expected us to move out of her way-- I was trying to help my child get into a pageant dress. She then walked past again making a very strange "spitting" noise out of her mouth as if bored. I was very disappointed in the customer service. Pulled our own dresses, opened our own fitting room, pulled a dress from the mannequin ourselves, and then returned all of the dresses. This is the worst place for customer service ever! I would recommend going to Bridal and Formal in Cincinnati. Don't go here. I have 2 bridesmaids that ordered their dress from here at Bridal Warehouse. They came in 4 sizes too small. Both bridesmaids ordered their dresses a size larger then normal. Both bridesmaids have lost weight since they were fitted as well! It's crazy. When we called to get it fixed they were told that "THEY SIGNED A CONTRACT." They will not offer a refund, a fix to let it out on time before the wedding, a swap or ANYTHING. Please let everyone know that this is not great customer service, they don't know how to size people correctly, and they are not accommodating and would rather screw people out of their money! read more

I came in town to be in my brothers wedding and got my dress from Bridal Warehouse. They told the bridal party our dresses would be in on May 30th. June 8th rolled around and we still hadn't heard anything. I called and they said, "oh yeah, the dresses have been in since May 20th, our system isn't set up to call anyone to let them know." Wow. So, I had to pay for rush delivery and they didn't even call. I picked up my dress on June 9th and the wedding was on June 25th, so they didn't have enough time to alter/shorten the dress for me. We ordered our dresses months ago. Were promised to receive our dresses at the end of July or beginning of August. It is now September and we don't have our dresses yet. The wedding is a month away and alterations need to be made. When we called the store we were told by September 1st, and then September 7th. The staff didn't communicate with one another to help resolve our issue. Needless to say I would not recommend this place for anyone. I purchased a bridesmaids dress for my brother's wedding here last July, along with three other women. My sister-in-law had purchased her gown here, so she asked us all to meet her here. Other than a very complicated check-out (two of the dress orders had to be put into the computer more than once because it wasn't charging properly and the lady helping us was unfamiliar with the system) and a lack of attention (we didn't know until we had picked a dress - about two hours in - that it didn't come in certain colors and it would have to be rushed in order to get it in in time for the wedding- we purchased in July for an October wedding), I don't have any real complaints with the purchasing of the dress. My problem is with the alterations. The staff were nice enough, but the work was poorly done. My dress was a good length and worked well with my shoes (I was never told that I should wear my undergarments and bring my shoes to my fitting... Luckily, this wasn't my first rodeo...). All that had to be done was to let out the hips a little. I paid my fee, which I thought was reasonable, and went on my way. When I returned to pick up the dress, I tried it on and it fit nicely, so I took it home. It wasn't until I put it on 20 minutes before my brother's wedding that I realized that there was no hem! It was pressed up, but not stitched. After I got home, I realized that the hem had been mostly ripped out! I was the tallest bridesmaid, so I'm sure the other dresses like mine had to have their hems redone, so someone had ripped mine out by accident and had never re-stitched it. Unfortunately, I was leaving town for two weeks immediately followingy brother's wedding and had planned to wear the dress again, so I wasn't able to take it back and demand they fix it. I found some double-sided fabric tape on my trip and did a quick fix on the hem, so I could wear the dress to my friend's wedding. After my trip, the dress hung in my laundry room (the only place I had that was tall enough) in a garment bag until recently. I wore it again on a vacation. When I got it home from the cleaners, I noticed that some of the stitching that was done on the altered area has come out! I got to wear this dress for a total of about 12 hours (two weddings and a dinner), and had it drycleaned twice before the alterations ripped out! AND they accidentally ripped out most of my hem and never fixed it (there are still two or three inches of clear-threaded original hem in the dress). A friend and I went and to purchase our bridesmaid dresses, and had literally the worst experience. Being a little bit of a bigger girl, they did not have any dresses big enough in the style we needed. I was measured in the middle of the store. The girl who was supposed to help us find dresses was so rude and made my friend and I feel real bad about ourselves. Fast forward a few months to when we are supposed to be getting our dresses, and I have been getting the run around on when my dress will be in. I was told one date, and never got a call about it being in, then called today and was told it will be in on another date. The wedding is a month away, and when I ordered it was told it would be here in plenty of time to have alterations done. I look through many of these reviews and I wish I would have had the same experience. Mine, however, was anything but good. I called to make an appointment back in May of 2021 with the Elizabethtown store. I was told that I could call the store a couple of days before the appointment to ask about certain styles I had looked at online to see if they were in stock. I called and was told that only one dress I wanted to look at was in stock and that it was in the Louisville store. I asked for my appointment to be moved to this store. When we arrived to the appointment, the consultant seemed annoyed that we were even there. I told her about the dress and she informed me that she knew for a fact that they did not have the dress in stock. I thought "that's fine, there are plenty of dresses in the store." We were taken to the dressing room and I was informed that there would be no help in picking out dresses or trying them on. She informed me that one of the girls with me would have to be the one to help me. She then showed us where the dresses were and basically just hovered around while we dug through the racks. I chose about 7 dresses to try on. After the third dress, the consultant tried to sell it to me. She kept talking about the price and how good the deal was and even went as far as to get me a veil even though I wasn't sure about the dress. I didn't settle and continued to try on dresses. This seemed to annoy the consultant even more. I found a dress similar to the one that I had wanted to try on before I got to the store. I fell in love with this dress. It was perfect. I wanted to be sure that it was the one, so I finished trying on the other two dresses. The consultant over heard us talking about the venue, which she never even asked me about, and told me that she had a dress that would be perfect for the venue. She proceeded to bring me a dress that was $1000 over my budget, which she also never asked about. The dress was pretty, but again it just wasn't the one. I tried the dress I had loved so much back on and just knew it was my dress. I bought the dress that day and was told that it would be in by September. I never heard another word from the store after that day. I waited patiently, and on Wednesday, Sept. 15 I called the store to check on my dress. The man informed me that the dress had been in since JULY! I was blown away. No one ever tried to reach out to me to let me know that my dress was there. He told me that "we would get down to the bottom of this" when I came in the next day to pick up my dress, which did not happen. We arrived to the store and the same lady came to the door that was my consultant the first time I was there. She was just as annoyed about us being there as she was the first day that I was there. While I was looking at the dress she told me that she had been texting me about my dress and had never received a reply. She said she had sent me 4 text messages. I told her that I never received anything from the store other than reminders of my appointments, which I then pulled up and showed her. She acted so surprised that I had not heard anything from them. I can't believe that they think that a text message is a viable way to inform someone that their dress is in. I don't understand why no one tried to contact me via phone call after my dress sat at that store for 2 months. No one ever followed up about what happened and it appears to have been swept under the rug. I could cry when I tell people how bad my experience was here. They do not care about their brides at all. I will forever tell people that they need to stay away from this store. You're so much better off going to a store like Rebecca's. I felt like it was such a chore when I picked out dresses to try on. We decided to buy a dress at David's even though we preferred the dress at bridal warehouse but since service was so horrible. I was originally please with my first visit here and found my dream dress. After crying tears of joy with my mom, I knew I found the one and said yes to the dress. Stephanie (I believe that was her name) measured me for my size and length and said I would not have to get my dress altered because it would come in BRAND NEW and be the correct custom size and length for my body. Perfect, right?! WRONG.... 2.5 months later the "new" dress came in and they called me to "come get it". I asked if I was having a fitting appointment first and they said, "well only if you want." (UMMM of course I'm going to try it on before I just take my dress with me!) So I notice (before even trying my "new" dress on) that it has snags in 3 areas on the satin and a TORN seam in the front! I immediately point this out to an employee helping me and she said "well satin is going to snag".... -__- I put the dress on and it barely fit and was way too small. The employee told me I would need to "wear it around the house to stretch it out". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! And THEN the length is 2 inches too long and I'm tripping over it (keep in mind it was supposed to be custom length the be my perfect length). I later found out that they "didn't have time to hem the dress..." WOW OKAY. My mom was not happy, especially with the ripped seam and got the manager Katie and told her this was NOT okay for a brand new dress.. Katie said rudely to my mother and I "so what do you want me to do about it?". After she realized how upset we were about this she changed her tune and acted like she cared more but you could see right through this woman and it was obvious she did not want to deal with this issue. She then told us she would contact her manager in the corporate office (her name was DJ) and they would get ahold of Casablanca (the company that made my dress) and get back with us as soon as they knew something. They called us back an entire week later and said that they needed to send the dress back to Casablanca and they would be the ones to decide what to do from there. Time went by and I finally called to check up because at this point it was 3 months before my wedding. DJ from the USA Bridal Corporate office told me that she STILL did not have an answer of what they were going to do about my dress. I politely asked to have an answer by the end of the week or else I would need to look for a new dress elsewhere over the weekend before its too late. She said okay and called me and left me a voicemail on Friday (right when their office closed so I couldn't call back and speak to anyone) and stated that they still didn't know what was going on and would call me on Monday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? At this point I had given up, I was frustrated and had HORRIBLY negative thoughts about my once "perfect" wedding dress that I loved so much. I decided to go look at other places and was AMAZED at what an actual respectable and professional business was like..(unlike my experience at USA Bridal). Long story short, I found my second dream dress else wear (2.5 months before my wedding..yes this was high stress). MARK MY WORDS.....NEVER SHOP AT USA BRIDAL/BRIDAL WARHOuSE FOR ANYTHING! Beware! Run and don't look back! I actually should thank them because we left there very disappointed and angry and 2 days later went to Rebecca's and bought a beautiful dress for less! First of all this is a bridal wearhouse...so nothing plush here..but the prices do not reflect your surroundings! The story begins with us trying on dresses...few suggestions were made which I thought odd as I am a manager in a local store and we are constantly suggesting different options. We found a particular dress that was beautiful and we were ready to buy...we were told that we would get the dress end of April...wedding is in June. When my daughter went up to get measured and pay ...she was told that the dress would not get there until middle of June so we would have to pay an extra $150 for a rush fee! REALLY? The manager was horrible with nothing to say except...oops honest mistake! The salesperson told her twice that it was her fault but she still wouldn't do anything! Oh well..oops is all we heard! So we left...here's where it gets good! I called the dress manufacturers and told them our storiy and they were angry and told me that I could get the dress by end of April with no rush fee! They said they were going to contact them and address the situation! A few hours later my daughter received an unsigned email saying that they had checked on their own and was able to get her the dress by June 1st...REALLY?!? No apology...no signature...nothing! I wouldn't trust them with an evening gown let alone a wedding dress! I told my daughter that I would drive hours to buy that dress from someone else if she wanted it! Let me be clear that I'm speaking about the bridal dress part of the store. I must give accolades to the tuxedo rental side. They are most professional and courteous. The name of the company should be Butcher Warehouse. Most of the staff very unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. I originally thought that the bad attitude was a staffing issue. However after speaking to someone in upper management in a (270) area code I discovered that it flows downward. The days of the customer being right in offering good products for good money is over at least a this company. She went into a tirade about a lawsuit that I had no idea what she's talking about. Stating had been found fraudulent and she has the papers to prove it. Truth be known all I really was requesting was an apology. No in all fairness she offered us to return the dress for all our money back knowing that it takes 4 to 6 months to get another and the wedding is less than two months away. How kind. Obviously her staff gave us a direct number and that infuriated her. She was more concerned about finding out who gave the number out than dealing with a customer complaint. Now for the dress It came in later than promised. It came in with a visible hole in it They did repair that hole However under closer examination we discovered several other holes in the inner part of the dress. Their attitude was they can't be seen. Obviously if were paying over thousand dollars for something new we expected to be just that. After going roundabout and pointing out the issues they offered us a 10% discount. That's when the sales clerk we can even more agitated and gave us the so-called upper management person number and name to call. Now back to (270) area code upper management person rather than dealing with us due to her fear of lawsuit (laughable) that's not even what we were calling. She said in order to protect your company she was canceling our tuxedo rentals. Even after we gave accolades to what a great job they did. Very strange behavior I must say. If I were you I would be very cautious about purchasing A dress from this company. I still stand by the silly as it may sound the tuxedo department they were Great to deal with. read more

Terrible customer service. You are better off calling around to other bridal shops to buy your dress. Most designers have some sort of "loaner" program where authorized dealers can request a dress for $50 - $75 so you can try on the dress to avoid purchasing sight unseen. Bridal warehouse does not do this, the customer service is the worst I have seen and once they get your deposit, they don't care about your concerns or questions. I purchased a $1200 dress from them an regret will regret this decision for a long time. It leaves negative emotions on the whole happy dress shopping experience. If you find our dress here, WAIT, call around and purchase someplace else who will still care after they get you to sign the sales contract and get your deposit! read more

Pretty much the worst place to go. Went there to buy a bridesmaids dress. The bride got her dress there and thought that it would be a good idea for the rest of us to get our dresses the same place. Employees were rude. They didn't allow me to try on the dress first, measured me in the middle of the store, with all of my clothes on, then told me I had to sign a contract that all sales were final (Bridal store mafia? I think so.) Dress shows up 2 months later and its about 2 sizes too big for me. Since I had such a terrible experience I decided not to have alterations done there. Good thing too, because as I was checking out I overheard an employee telling a polite older woman that if she didn't have alterations done at their store (still bought her dress there) that it was $75 to have a dress steamed. WTH. My husband also rented a tux in the men's department - he had to put money down to hold the rental. Turns out, the wedding we were in got cancelled. No refunds on the dress that I will never wear (it's tangerine) but I knew no refunds from the mafiaesque contract or the rental fee on the tux. When I complained about my treatment during my sizing the lady I spoke to just said "oh, I wasn't here then" This place is really just low class and I will not buy anything from them ever again. My fiance is pregnant currently and is going to be in our friend's wedding this coming weekend. The bridesmaid dresses came in and by no surprise, the dress doesn't fit properly on her pregnant figure to no mistake of hers. She contacted the main corporate office and they said that they will not do anything about it since she signed the paper to take the dress. The wedding is in 4 days and they just stole $200+ from my fiance. They like to hide like cowards behind their "signed paper" and will not stand behind their product. We have our own wedding coming up this year as well and we will be sure to persuade every single person we know to boycott this store. Good luck bringing in any net revenue. There's only so many people you can piss off before your business tanks and judging by the reviews across the internet, you've done a good job pissing off the majority of the city of Louisville. Wouldn't let us look at bridesmaid dresses without an appointment. We tried making an appointment before we went but no one answered the phone. The lady at the front desk was rude and told us to come back at 6pm (we showed up at 1:30pm). The dresses are way more expensive than the same dress at davids bridal. read more

This place has the worst customer service. They yelled out my bridesmaid's sizes across the store. They were very rude to my bridesmaids. They told me one thing on the phone and then when bridesmaids showed up to get their dresses fixed they wouldn't do what they had told me because the person that I talked to did put it in the notes. Very unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I don't even want to give them a star but it's the only way to get this out there. read more

I originally reviewed this location on Google after I found a dress I loved. I am putting the original review on here too because I do agree with what I originally wrote; the people at this location are wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately the company as a whole is shady and will just heap stress onto your wedding. I ordered the dress originally in February and was told it would be ready in May. Since then my delivery date got pushed back for various reasons to the point where it wouldn't come in until barely a month before my wedding date. I started to panic about getting alterations done, so at that point I just wanted them to cancel the order and give me the deposit back. The manager's hands were tied because any type of refund request has to be approved by their home office. When I called the home office their system only allows you to leave a voicemail so they can call you back at their own convenience, we called 3 days in a row before someone actually called us back, and the lady I spoke with when they finally did was rude and accused me of lying about what I was told. Because of the contract we signed (we only received a blank copy of the contract; not one with any signatures or information filled out) they are refusing to give us a refund. Original review: I had an amazing experience here, my consultant Hayley did a wonderful job listening to what I liked and picking dresses. She was very attentive, and I liked that we could go through the dresses ourselves to pull what we liked. Hayley was very knowledgeable about the dresses and was able to recommend going up in a size over trying to let the dress out a little. I would absolutely recommend this place to any bride who needed a dress. read more

My nephew was is getting married and the bridesmaids dresses his intended had picked out were at Bridal warehouse in Louisville,Ky. We all gathered there and no one greeted us. I personally had to keep going to find someone to answer questions. Finally I started pulling dresses since it was apparent no one was going to help us.We finally decided on a dress and the ladies proceeded to get measured. My one niece was very resistant about order a size 28, however they were the "experts" and convinced us that was the size to order. The next day I called back to the store and spoke with the manager Stephanie to inform her of the lack of customer service. She did not seem interested at all that we received that type of service. I then proceeded to call the Elizabethtown store. I spoke to a wonderful , gracious person by the name of Jackie who listened and made me feel much better. I apreciated her so much!! Fast forward to months later and our dresses arrived. My niece that had ordered the size 28 picked up her dress and tried it on, it fell down off of her!!!! She did not loose weight, she was simply measured improperly. I called the store and spoke to yet again Stephanie the store manager who was rude, insensitive and very non- caring. All I wanted was for to acknowledge that if there was an issue on their side that we would not have to pay for alterations. She also explained we would need to pay a rush fee to have our dress done in time. The alterations lady had already said the dress would have to be re- made. Therefore my niece's dress will not look like everybody's else. Not once did Stephanie offer to assure me the problem could be resolved that they would work with us at all. As much as I hate to say this, I am just wondering now is it because we were black. I watched the first time we were in there of other clients that were greeted upon arrival. Just makes me think. I did call Jackie back at the Elizabethtown store who once again showed concern, professionalism in all aspects. We decided not to chance having the alterations done there since they show they really were not concerned at all about our business. Why give them more money?? I was hoping this was a fluke but as I have read other reviews, I know we are not the only ones who have had this issues. Moral of THIS story... DO NOT go into Bridal Warehouse in Louisville, Ky. Perhaps a dose of customer service might help this group. Jackie is great, they could take some notes from her especially the store manager. read more

Awful experience with their manager Stephanie, she is so rude and unpleasant. I put a down payment on a wedding dress and I wanted to get refuned or get a store credit or exchange but they weren't nice about it although they took the $300 down payment. I would not recommend that place to anybody. If they were nice I would probably kept the dress. read more

This place is unbelievably horrible! I did run into two very nice consultants but otherwise, everyone there is rude and seem to have no customer service skills. I ordered a wedding dress about 2 weeks ago for my wedding mid-June 2015. I have had nothing but trouble from this store since then! First of all, I received a call saying my dress will not be in until mid-March 2015... Then, I went back in to talk to alterations about adding sleeves (which had been discussed when I ordered the dress). The alterations lady actually said "Why would you order this dress is you knew you wanted to change it?" Well, because you assured me it could be done. THEN she informed me that I probably didn't order enough extra lace... I am 6'1", so after I was measured for the dress (by this exact same alterations lady mentioned above), she assured me that 3" would be more than enough extra length. This time around, she told me that with just 3" extra length, the dress is probably going to be too short (the dress is made to a 5'9" fame so basic math says I would need at least 4" extra... Just found that out today!) and that I would need to make an ADDITIONAL order of at least a yard of lace! Needless to say, I left in tears. I went back in today to speak with the manager... after explaining everything she said she was sorry but there is nothing she can do. I'm stuck with a dress (that won't be in until March) that is going to be too short and completely not what I wanted. This has been the WORST shopping experience of my life! Horrible, will never go back and highly recommend to everyone to stay away from this awful place. Staff is completely incompetent as everyone there gives you a different answer. My sister purchased a sash for her gown, got it home and realized a couple of rhinestones we're missing called the store and the lady told her nothing they could do all sales were final. Then went back maybe a month later to pick up her dress and someone else said "if you had brought it back the day you bought it we could have fixed it but now it's been at your house so we can't do anything about it". Then she tried her dress on and it's too small, turns out when she ordered the dress the moron assisting her didn't measure her and ordered the same size the display gown was because it "fit so well" well I'm sure that size did after it had been tried on by who knows how many people and stretched out. Told the people that worked there that the lady never measured her and they couldn't care less, again nothing they could do to help her.
