Honestly didn't have many options for taller men and everything looked a little cheap. Also would've loved to have more staff to help us!

The customer service at this location is horrible! The staff does not acknowledge customers when they enter the store. If an associate does by chance try to offer any assistance, they will leave and completely ignore you the moment another customer enters it that peaks their interest more. I was there today for at least 10 mins looking for a specific tie. I was never acknowledged by anyone...even after making direct eye contact with an associate. I also witnessed an elderly lady who was shopping for a pocket square for her deceased brother's funeral service. It was my husband who assisted her and suggested she purchase the pocket square from another business. We too left empty handed as well. I initially thought these instances may have been due to the holiday season. Unfortunately, after today, January 18, 2026, it has become clear that poor customer service is the nature of the staff at this location! read more

Highly recommend this location! Miles was the absolute best man to help my son with his 1st suit purchase. Myles listened to what my son was looking for and ensured that he was going to be well dressed for his high school homecoming. Miles is a huge asset to this company and location. My husband needed a tuxedo and this store was recommended by a friend. They had a great selection, and we happened to catch a sale on some other items. Quentin was extremely helpful and did a great job helping us find what we were looking for. It is hard to get my husband to buy clothes, and we were very satisfied with the things we brought home. We look forward to picking up the alterations in plenty of time for out event. read more

I came in on July 1st with my husband & his brothers to pick out & get sized for suits for his brothers wedding. He knew exactly what he was looking for (which wasn't a custom fit suit) and the minute they expressed they were not interested in custom fit suits the manager helping us (Myles maybe?) entire mood immediately changed. He became standoffish and proceeded to act like helping us was a major inconvenience. Multiple times he encouraged all the men to purchase suits that were too large & did not fit them comfortably and was hesitant to let them try on additional sizes. I honestly felt like we were treated poorly because of our age. He wouldn't take us seriously and also quoted multiple different prices to us. It was unorganized and unprofessional. He scoffed at our comments regarding the fit of the suits & even at the checkout counter when someone in our party was handing him their card. read more

First of all after my visit with the MensWarehouse which was a disappointment, this was the complete opposite! Young man named Myles took great care of me and turns out he had the experience I was looking for. Very impressed with how well he matched my clothes up and made sure I saved some money too! I got three great shirts a great deal on a jacket and a nice pair of slacks for under $300. Thanks to him this is now my new men's dress store. read more

Imagine after being measured for an event that was very important and spending the money because I was sure any employee that helped wouldn't let me leave with anything I would be unhappy with and the quality of the clothes are worth it and last. I was devastated to start putting on my new clothes to see the button up shirt I was promised was my size was no where close to fitting me. The shirt fit like a trash bag on me. I even asked them to try it on to be sure and was assured that the fit would be exact. I had to miss the event because nothing fit and the manager kept interrupting his employees I had helping me only after a few minutes to assist people that had just walked in. I had 3 different employees I had to explain what i wanted to. When I tried to return the clothes I never wore to an event I didn't attend, receipt and everything in the bag. The manager humiliated me by smelling the shirt, refusing to take it back because it "smelled like cologne" and actually sniffed the crotch and back of the pants and refused them because they smelled worn!!!! I have never been so upset and embarrassed ever. So I have 400 dollars worth of clothes I won't wear that don't fit right that I was rushed into buying without trying on because they "measured". The manager here was very rude to everyone he interacted with in front of me. read more

The manager there was supposed to help us size suits, but whenever we asked to try on a different size, or disagreed with his opinion, he became visibly upset and seemed to drag his feet in helping us. read more

Visited this store today to exchange items I bought at another store. When I walked in I was told I'd have to wait because someone was there to pick up a suit. I asked if I could go shopping while they were helping that customer. The staff at this store is rude and acted bothered that I was there to exchange items. While I was shopping a store employee took one of the items out of my bag. The staff said I only brought four shirts to return when I actually brought in five. I called customer service and they called the store. The employees told them I was lying and that I only brought in four. Store not organized, items not sized, was offered zero help to replace the items I had bought, AND they kept one of the items I was exchanging. I do not recommend this store. read more

We spent nearly $800 dollars on a suite, tie, shoes, shirt, belt etc yesterday for my son's big interview today. We were told the suite alternations would be done by 11am along with everything pressed and good to go. My son showed up at 11am and nothing was ready, incredibly upsetting to him. Now thanks to this store, the horrific leadership and staff, my son will be late to the interview. I'm contacting the home office today, the BBB, and posting our story on social media today. This brand and store are negligent for customers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE and BRAND! This is the worst suit experience I've had in nearly 60 years on this planet! Visited the Dallas Highway location to discuss tuxedo rentals for my wedding. I made an appointment (which was recommended when I called) However, upon arrival there was clearly no need to even make an appointment, since they did not check their computer to confirm the appointment. A young salesman brought us over to look at a binder of tuxedo options. We asked multiple questions that he did not know the answers to. He also did not even know what a "lapel" was and that was very concerning since he is a sales person in a men's suit store. Since he was not able to answer any of our questions, we were told to then "hold on and a manger will help you". We stood around for another 20 mins without any help. The entire staff was standing in the center of the store chatting and eating chips. I finally made eye contact with one of them and someone walked over and asked if we needed help. He then proceeded to bring us the binder and told us to look through it and basically start the process over again that we had already completed. I told him I was waiting for a manager to assist and he said "Well that's not me but I guess I will help". Another staff member then came over and we asked multiple questions about lapel style, colors, and fabric to which he did not have answers to. Due to all of this, we decided to walk out without moving forward and renting the tuxedos. The unexperienced staff made me very uncomfortable and we felt that moving forward would be a huge mistake. I would also like to mention that the store was very messy. Hangers and clothes lying all over the place. They had to shove a pile of clothes/hangers out of the way so they could lay the binder down for us to take a look. Overall, horrible experience and a waste of time. If I was the owner of this location, I would be mortified at the appearance of the store, the lack of customer service, and the lack of knowledge the staff has pertaining to tuxedo rentals. read more

This poor rating is strictly based off of the manager of this location, Miles. He has zero customer service skills and absolutely should not be in store management. He does not respect the customers in the store and frankly he doesn't respect his employees either. The employees are there to help and he tries to take over their duties in a rude manner. He does not allow them to assist with customers with suit sizing without taking over. He doesn't allow the employees to do returns or exchanges so they have to defer to him. Meanwhile he blatantly ignores customers who have actual management issues. I was hesitant to write this review because we like the brand and the clothing overall. However, I will never return and it's a shame because the brand and nice products are suffering at this location due to one manager's incompetence. read more

I had such a great experience at this location! Let me start off by saying Jos. A. Bank's is my favorite dress shop for me. Yes, I'm a woman and I do all of the shopping and laundering of my husbands clothes. I use to be a model many, many decades ago and I know quality clothing when I see it 10 miles away. Whenever I want to freshen up the Misters dress shirts, there is no question where I'm going. Jos. A. Banks is my go to shop for sure! I get so hyped over their shirts. Let me tell you, if you are looking for a nice Travelers dress shirt, that can stand the test of being folded up in luggage , then press out easily .. Banks is it. Yes sir, I don't know what the heck is in the cotton. It's 100% bionic cotton if you ask me. Did I mention that when I launder the shirts I don't worry about shrinkage or losing it's shape. The dress shirts never fade and looks great wash after wash. Sometimes I hand wash his shirts with a little Shout It Out spray. Go get you some. Spray Shout on the shirts, scrub them and let them soak for 10 minutes in warm water. Once I press out the shirt and dress my hubby in a suit, he looks like he has on a new shirt every time. The shirts are expensive , but it's worth every penny...well bucks. Good God, I have a few shirts from Banks that are at least 5 years old and Lord they look better than a new shirt from...I won't throw anyone under the bus today. Hehe Now after all of that bragging ... about the quality let me tell you about my experience at the Dallas Why location. I chose this spot, because I wasn't in the mood to walk through the mall. I wanted to see Jos. A. Banks and that's it. Boom! As I approached the store there were signage on the window stating they were remodeling . I'm here to tell you they are open for business. Hubby and I walked in and Emery Bowers, one of the sales executives, welcomes us with a friendly smile. He asked us to watch out step and explained they were remodeling, putting up new wall paper and such. I told him I was looking to buy a simple dress shirt in white. My hubby is rough on clothes and white shirts is scarce in his closet, because once they look too dingy, I freshen his wardrobe with new ones. You can never go wrong with a white shirt. Emery , was so nice. He took measurements. My hubby tried on one shirt and it was the one. Of course at the end of the day comfort is very important. We ensured ( Emery and I) my hubby was comfortable in the shirt. As we were checking out, I looked around at more things like sweaters. The store was covered with plastic, but I looked past that and admired all of the nice sweaters they were starting put out on the racks. It will be that time before you know it. This is a good time to catch a sell on summer things for next year at Jos. A. Banks. They had khaki shorts and polo styled shirts that looked a felt amazing! My fiance just stopped in to buy a suit for his father's funeral and memorial service this weekend. He's in a wheelchair so he needed help when he got there. No one bothered to talk to him. After 15 minutes of looking around, he asked for help, and the employee told him to "wait a bit". The employees then proceeded to help every customer that came in after him and completely ignored my fiance, who had been waiting for assistance. It appears the staff here is incapable of helping disabled customers. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating someone so poorly. read more

I had such a good experience here! I spent a decent amount of money for A LOT of clothes! The best part, though, was the customer service from a gentleman by the name (I believe) of Duane. Super helpful, made great recommendations, and really took his time to make sure everything was right before we left the store. We were in to purchase seersucker suits for my friend's wedding, and we were lured in with a buy one, get THREE free sale. Super duper deal. Duane Took the time to fit us, and also make recommendations for the extra suite we were buying. Most places just push you in and out, but it was a nice change. Highly recommend. read more

Just returned from Joe Banks store in West Cobb. It was great to see that their store is still open as I have heard that the company may be closing stores across the country. Every sales person in the store is extremely professional, competent and knows their stuff when it comes to men's clothing. Whether you are a new or established customer they treat you like an old friend. Support this important local business that has their heart in the right place and takes seriously the task of helping men look their best! read more

As an attorney, I keep a closet of suits, shirts, ties, etc. Not to mention the 'business casual' variety. My advise to any young professional is to be very wary of Jos A Bank as a clothier. My dress shirts quickly fray at the sleeve. Same with the cuffs on the pants. The buttons are not placed on the shirts to consistently match the button holes creating unwanted puckering in the shirt. Moreover, shirts are not consistent when they are supposed to be the same size - meaning a 17 inch neck in one shirt is the same as the 17 inch neck in an identical shirt. The buttons themselves crack easily if you send your shirts to the cleaners. The lining in the jackets do not last and holes routinely appear in the jacket pockets which is terribly annoying. Frankly in my opinion, the quality of 'generic' shirts, pants and jackets from a mall store is of better quality. BTW, my perspective is based on wearing and comparing Jos A Banks clothes with both generic and other leading brands (BB for instance). Invest in clothes that are well tailored and of good quality. You will be more satisfied in the long run. read more

I came to this location today looking for a suit for my wedding in October. Rodney and Corey helped us out and they were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and kind. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend coming to this store for your suit/tux needs. I'll be back with my groomsman for sure! read more
