No matter, had they taken a few moments to engage in certain they would have quickly realized that they should actively engage every potential client walking in their door. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Because she had an awful look on her face I asked her if she was having a nice day. She completely ignored me, but I stayed patient because she is elderly. But I never want to be treated differently again because of my looks, or because you are simply just having a bad day. Horrible customer service shouldn't be tolerated at any store, nor should anyone be treated with disrespect. I do not recommend this Cavender's at all!

This Kohl's is located off of Woodstock Square Avenue right beside the Target, Old Navy and there is a BJ's behind here. It can get pretty jammed packed on the weekends but there has always been plenty of parking but sometimes you do have to wait a while if you're pulling out of this parking lot and on to Woodstock Square Avenue. There are lots of cars turning in from highway 92 and lots of cars coming from BJ's. So you want to be patient....you turn will come... I had heard recently that they were starting to sell Mally Roncal's make up here. I've been buying Mally Beauty for years and was interested to see if there was going to be new items exclusive to Kohl's...but when I got there I saw that the display case was completely empty and so I guess they weren't ready yet which was fine. I thought the store was organized and the merchandise were neatly displayed. They had some super cute teen sweatshirts for the fall and some very cute holiday dresses for little toddlers. Eventually I made my way to the panty hose section....I know most people don't wear hose anymore but I still wear them to the office especially in the winter time where my boss runs the A/C 365 a year. I figured since I'm here I'd minds well pick up a few since I'm always going through them....well they were out of my color and my size... Based on that the fact that they didn't have the item that I wanted to purchase in stock and the fact that I must of walked by at least 3 employees on the sales floor and 2 in the bathroom...No one offered to help me or asked if I was looking for anything in particular...I will give them a 3 stars. I think this is fair since I've had a bad experience in the past and this time I felt my experience was luke warm. Maybe next time if they will have the items I want in stock...I can up them to another star....

A very trendy clothing location for men and women…read more Don't expect help in here... lots of employees but none that actually want to help people. They are all busy ringing people up, folding clothes... or talking to each other. The style in here is fresh... dressy with out being stuck up. We were shopping for my oldest boy... he is in that in between size where he is too big for young men clothes but not quite big enough for men's clothes. It was a shame because he really looked good in a couple of things here but they were just slightly too big. Again not a bit of help though... I sure we could have found a few things that would have fit him... he is such a good looking you man and this is the perfect style to give him that boost into confidence of knowing you look good! Instead of assisting me in finding the correct size--either online or from another store--the associate prioritized pushing the sale. The following day 26th January 2025, I discovered the correct size was available on Michael Kors' official website. I returned to the store, hoping they would help me exchange the item or assist with ordering the correct size online. However, the store staff refused to help or facilitate an exchange, citing the final sale policy. This lack of customer service and refusal to accommodate reasonable requests has left me feeling misled and scammed by the store's practices. I am share my bad experience in this matter Michael Kors don't allows me to change or return the coat As a loyal customer, Hope all the customers are careful for the bad business.I expected better support and service from a reputable brand like Michael Kors .I follow the Better Business Bureau.They will allow me to change the size.
