I am writing to a complaint regarding my recent shopping experience at the Michael Kors outlet located at 915 Ridgewalk Pkwy Suite 808, Woodstock, GA. On 25th January 2025 I purchased a coat as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, the size I bought was too big for her. The sales associate at the store influenced me to purchase the coat despite it being the wrong size by offering a 10% discount, making the item final sale. Instead of assisting me in finding the correct size--either online or from another store--the associate prioritized pushing the sale. The following day 26th January 2025, I discovered the correct size was available on Michael Kors' official website. I returned to the store, hoping they would help me exchange the item or assist with ordering the correct size online. However, the store staff refused to help or facilitate an exchange, citing the final sale policy. This lack of customer service and refusal to accommodate reasonable requests has left me feeling misled and scammed by the store's practices. Very COVID prepared store. Area set up outside for people to wait if they exceed the number of people that can be in the store at one time. When we came in they have a person right in front greeting everyone and offering to help in any way possible as well as highlighting the key sales they had going on. Regular prices are on the steep side, but if you shop the sales, you can get some really good deals. For example you had a combination where you could purchase a purse (three different sizes were eligible and pair it with a pair of shoes or a wallet. Total value of the package was around $600, but with the sale price it was $199 (plus tax). Staff was very friendly and helpful and set the bar high for quality customer service. My wife was very tempted with the sale they had, but just couldn't find a pair that she wanted. We would come back here if we were already coming to the outlets. read more

We were immediately greeted when we arrived and informed of the store discounts. 40% off with additional 20% off your purchase. Only exclusions were 2 small tables of their newest collection. I'm a die hard Kate Spade chic but impressed with their multitude of colors. Had plenty of Browns, Navy, Coral, Grays, etc. Talk about wallets and clutches galore!!! Wow I could have easily purchased 5 of them. Located towards the back of the store are clothes. Not a huge selection but a few trendy options to chose from. I purchased a watch and purse. They both come with a 2 year and 1 year warranty. They even sized my watch there in the store. Good first time shopping experiences and appreciate friendly welcome and helpful employees with specific items. read more

I received a Michael Kors cross body and wallet for Christmas but the wallet didn't fit in the purse. Today I went to exchange or get store credit as they have a no refund policy. The twenty year old associate took my receipt and wallet over to her twenty year old manager then came back to me saying I couldn't return for store credit because it wasn't in the original condition. There was a small blue ink mark on the back. Well I didn't put it there and neither did my husband! So, it was in the original condition or one of the twenty year old associates did it so they didn't have to return it. My husband spent almost $300 in there before Christmas! On average between me and my daughter we spend about $2K per year in the store... Not anymore! NEVER gracing their doors again and will be happy to tell all my friends! Hello Kate Spade! read more

Even though it's a busy weekend because of Labor Day, I received great customer service. I expected to go in there and be greeted by a few associates, but I went around looking for what I wanted while this one lady was incredibly helpful in aiding me on which bag I would choose to purchase. Wish I could only give this location "0" stars. I'm just getting around to my complaint. I love my MK watches and bags, but had the worst experience @ the outlet mall in Woodstock during Mother's Day weekend. My husband and I, along with my daughter and her best friend decided to check out this outlet mall that we've heard so much about. After doing some shopping for ourselves, I wanted to check out the MK store. I noticed that we weren't greeted upon walking in the store. There were a few eyes that I was looking at but couldn't reach. I had my husband get those eyed so that I could get a better look. We both started to notice every time we moved to a different area the store, a male associate seemed to find himself in the same area. After a while it became more obvious. He was profiling and decided to watch our every move. This didn't sit well with at all. It was at that very moment that my husband and o have each other that look and decided to take our business elsewhere! Michael Kors, you seriously need to be careful who you employ!! #MichaelKors Customer Service is worst!!!! Defective merchandise returned to them for repair or replacement within their return policy. Merchandise can't be repaired and item no longer available to replace. They offered me a gift card for my purchase amount. When I refused and asked for a refund because issue occurred within return policy, they are not responding. Today, I disputed purchase through my credit card and we called #MichaelKors together and now #MichaelKors Customer Service can't even find my original purchase!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN CORRESPONDING WITH #MICHAELKORS CONTINUOUSLY FOR THE LAST MONTH!!! HOW CAN THEY NOT HAVE RECORD OF MY PURCHASE?!?!? read more

Update to my previous post. While the retail store in Woodstock, GA refused to replace my bag, the corporate office did. They determined it could not be repaired so gave me a choice of bags valued up to $350. Shame on the store for its poor customer service but kudos to corporate for honoring their product and my complaint. read more
