A very trendy clothing location for men and women. Don't expect help in here... lots of employees but none that actually want to help people. They are all busy ringing people up, folding clothes... or talking to each other. The style in here is fresh... dressy with out being stuck up. We were shopping for my oldest boy... he is in that in between size where he is too big for young men clothes but not quite big enough for men's clothes. It was a shame because he really looked good in a couple of things here but they were just slightly too big. Again not a bit of help though... I sure we could have found a few things that would have fit him... he is such a good looking you man and this is the perfect style to give him that boost into confidence of knowing you look good! Didn't buy anything. Returned online order. Quick service. E X P E R I E N C E / S E R V I C E I came in to return two items, from an online order, that didn't fit me. When I walked in, a male was already at the counter and called up another lady to come help. Shanika was quick and was polite. In and out within 5-10 mins. Fantastic. Terrible in store experience. Displays in total disarray and employees standing around talking to other employees ignoring customers. I've worked in retail for years as an associate and as a manager- this was very disappointing...what's the point of going to a store front if they are worse than the online version? Also, wasn't going to purchase anything online without really seeing and trying on the clothing at the store level. Disappointing....didn't buy anything and now won't even though Express used to be a great brand. Disappointed. read more

Terrible employees / staff not trained to work properly Came into store on a Saturday night August 26th 2034 and there was only two people working, store was a mess, only one person behind the cashier and she kept answering the phone and having full blown conversations when there was 12 people in line waiting to be attended while there was another lady that would just peep her head out and in from the back room while there was a line to check out and no one in the fitting rooms. While the lazy employee kept walking back and fourth from the back room she would interrupt the cashier and pull inventory and ask for the cashiers opinion on earrings while they have at least 7 people in line just waiting to pay. This was terrible experience never seen such bad service. While I was next I asked the lazy employee if there was anything she could do to open another register since there was 4 in total, and only one being used she said systems were down and nothing could have been done and continued to stand behind the registers and do absolutely nothing for anybody or the store. Ended up leaving everything empty handed complete waste of time. What a terrible excuse for an employee. read more

Express in perimeter mall was kind of small compared to the one at Lenox mall. It was just as clean, but I do recommend them to add seating in their dressing rooms because at one point I felt the need to sit down and I couldn't lol... No seat. Also, a purse hook would be awesome. Other than that, its just like any other express. The customer service was OK... And I found what I was looking for. read more

This Express store is usually well organized, with a men's and a women's section. The available sizes can be a bit spotty for the more popular items, but they will always call around or order something for you if you ask. This Express store is located in Perimeter mall, close to the Dillard's side on the 2nd floor. Cell service can be spotty inside the Express. read more

I love express but this store not so much. My girlfriend took me hear to get some dress pants Sunday. It was crowed which no worries after Christmas sale but the lack of staff on hand we were in line for 15 mins. I will do my shopping online now read more

I love Express but this location this particular day was subpar. I went in with the intent to purchase a few items. I was greeted by a young lady. After I looked around I found some pants that I wanted to try on. Before going to a fitting I looked for an associate. Got a room but it had a boat load of clothes on the tiny rail. The second room has the same. I tried on a couple pair pants but decided to go up a size. I had to go out & get my own pair in my socks because no one checked on me....mind you it was a slow early afternoon with possibly 2 customers in the store including me. After getting the pants I decided not to spend my money at that location. Upon leaving I a sales associate was in the front store location reading a paper never acknowledge my departure. I've worked in retail for many years & had higher expectations. I have shopped at other Express locations & have had amazing service! Definitely not today. read more
