Not sure how we did not realize that this bridal store was in Pembroke Pines after scouring through several places to find a dress for my daughter. Upon entering, the sea of pure white bridal dresses are at attention to the right not too far from the line of customers at the service desk. Mother of the Bride dresses seem to fill the rest of the inventory. My wife began to browse the inventory and realized that Galina Signature dresses are David's Bridal major brand. Very spacious store unlike some bridal crypts that the inventory is large but difficult to navigate. Tuxedos do not seem to be a big push here but thats understandable. read more

Good supply of bridal gowns. Got the chance to check out the dressy shoes and some of the accessories. Zoned in on the party dresses and mother of the bride dresses but did not look at the prices which makes it easier to shop. Pretty busy today with all the employees helping customers. An interesting item was a blue Jean jacket with pearls maybe something the bride could wear after the big day to chill out. read more

I guess I was a lucky bride-to-be on the day of my recent wedding gown appointment. From the moment I walked in and greeted in a friendly manner by Rakoya, I felt hopeful that I'd find "the one" during my visit. For over 2 hours, I tried on multiple gowns, some of which I had seen online, zipping and cinching up the back of the dresses and even allowing me to FaceTime my daughter. Wedding gown expert, Ana and store manager, Michelle, were attentive, kind, professional, and patient during my visit and an invaluable set of eyes. Once I realized that I had found the perfect dress for me, I felt the tears coming, and shared a personal comment to Michelle who was visibly touched. It was just right for me and my needs. Thank you to the team at DB in Pembroke Gardens for helping me make a huge decision on that day. I was also thrilled to speak directly with their alterations specialist, Claudia, who was honest, straightforward about each alteration needed. The lovely lady who assisted me during the checkout process was the icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned. She was darling, and we shared a couple of good laughs in the process. This was the first place we went to look for a bridal gown. My daughter didn't know what style she liked so she was a big project. Patricia was our consultant and she was so wonderful and such a saint! She had my daughter pick out some dresses and then after getting my daughter's feedback on the dresses that she tried on, brought some additional dresses for her try along with some accessories. Due to covid, they are not allowed in the dressing rooms to help you into your gowns. After my daughter tried on each gown, Patricia made sure that her gown was on correctly and fluffed out the train so we could see the full effect of each dress. Lol I saw a couple of dresses that I loved on her but she thought that they looked like prom dresses. They had a great selection but unfortunately, she didn't really see anything that she fell in love with. read more

The first time in the store was a little over a year ago, I purchased a blue dress/wedding guest dress. It was an old season bridesmaid dress and I really didn't mind that it was last season because of the quality "Vera Wang" and the pricing, it was such a steal. So I came back! I made an early Saturday morning appt over the phone and was lucky to get in for a fitting. The staff wore masks and gloves. Despite the rain and ugly weather outside, they were all in welcoming spirits and very accommodating. I'm attending a second wedding also as a guest, this time my options were limited to about three colors (as requested by the bride). I worked with RaKoya, she was knowledgable and helped me in and out over a dozen dresses. I recommend calling and scheduling an appointment with her. It was like trying on dresses with a sister or close friend, RaKoya kept it real and honest, she told me what dresses flattered my shape, what colors made me look best, and which material to avoid looking bigger than I wanted to! It was authentic and far from a pushy sales rep. I figure I have about 10 or so more wedding guest/bridesmaid experiences to go before my big day.... so I will be back to see RaKoya. read more

I made an appointment online for a mother of the grooms dress appointment. They were ready for us as soon as we arrived and all the associates were friendly to us. Our rep Aliyah was very helpful and made my future mother in law feel so special . She was worried about a scar from breast cancer showing and another rep was an angel talking to her about how she's a survivor and shouldn't feel self conscious about it. A bridal store in the Pines Area, right in front of Pembroke Lakes Mall. I really hate giving bad reviews but in comparison to other David's Bridals, this location fell short. Very short. I've been here twice and both times I've received consultants that were either rude or indifferent. They were not helpful and didn't even seem like they wanted to help. I usually give slack if they're swamped with clients but the second time I was there, it was just our group! I was picking out bridesmaid dresses for two weddings I am attending in the summer and it was a struggle to find the right dresses for me. When my friend was not having any luck, the lady flat out told her to go look for herself. Then after quietly complaining within our group, she sarcastically told us not to forget to give her a rave review. I understand if you have bad days but I don't think that warrants sarcasm with customers. Unfortunately, I would much rather drive to a further location than go back here. read more

I had such a wonderful experience getting my bridesmaid dress here! They had a wide selection of dresses and colors. The color I got is currently discontinued but it's such a nice color. The women working there were so helpful finding different styles of dresses to try. I also had my dress altered and they did such a wonderful job! The price of both the dress and alterations was under $200. I was able to get the shoes and some hair accessories too. I made an appointment here and was more than pleased with my experience! I was greeted by two very sweet consultants as soon as I walked in and let them know I had an appt at 12. I was informed my consultant would be right with me and I could look around as I waited. I waited maybe 5 minutes and the Layla came to find me... she was so sweet! She asked me what I was looking for and we spoke about what I did/didn't want. She brought me so many options and even helped me when I was in the fitting room since I was by myself. She was so great and made shopping as a plus size bride so easy and effortless!!! I had an appt to find bridesmaids dresses. Ms. Pat helped us but I think my appt was initially with someone else and they thru us on Ms. Pat because she was unprepared. I just have to say the way they do business in Pembroke Pines is different from S. Miami store. In Pembroke Pines we had to go thru racks n racks of dresses/styles AND sizes which wasn't what I was expecting but we got the job done. I felt like we were in a Marshall's or TJ Max rummaging thru dresses and doing the process of elimination. My bridesmaid and myself found about 4 dresses and ended up choosing the best one to have ordered. Ms. Pat helped as much as she could and we thank her. The difference with PP store and S. Miami is they give a brochure and we picked the styles on the brochure while the consultant went and picked out the dresses. EASY BREEZY S. Miami process is much easier. But BOTH consultants and each store were very nice. THE PRICES for their dresses were fantastic now we are just waiting on them to come in. Thank you David's Bridal. read more

Because of Ms. Shirley I love this store. After a long week of looking for dresses in the cold and rain, I finally found my dress for my friend wedding. Now I was at this store before and that consultant was good, however, something about Ms. Shirley wise spirit won me over. She was very helpful with me alone. After a friend of mine arrived she continued to be helpful and give awesome, well noted advice on how to style the dress with different kinds of belts. She also showed she has a high tolerance for picky- indecisive people. We took a while, even after the store closed Ms. Shirley and her co workers continued to be courteous and positive with smiles. People often time only take time out to complain, so I wanted to make sure I took the time out to thank Ms. Shirley. So if you're attending this store, I can assure you Ms. Shirley will be the one to help- genuinely. We had an easy time finding ones we liked. In no time I was trying on. It was surreal to be doing this & everyone at David's was patient & helped ease me into the process. Robyn consulted with me privately and added to pieces to help complete the look for me. She also helped me work through what it did and didn't want. I found a dress I really liked, but when I found the one I LOVED, she helped me make the final decision. She shared in my joy & everyone their celebrated me and made me feel so special. I had my appointment with Kati last Saturday and she was amazing! I have had several appointments at David's Bridal in other locations and was not impressed. Kati picked out a dress she thought I would love and it ended up being the one! She made sure to bring out an alterations specialist for any questions I had and made sure I got the right dress. I brought a large entourage of family and everyone felt welcome and had a great time. *edit* I am updating my 5 star review down to 2 because I was told this was a new dress that would not be going on sale. I live in Colorado and would have preferred to order the dress at home, but wanted to make sure I gave Kati the commission for the order so ordered with Pembroke Pines. My dress shipped out yesterday and is now on sale for 20% off. The store will not give a price adjustment. I understand that is within their policy, but feel like i got screwed. I'm so upset I'm tempted to drop to 1 star, but aside from the financials I did have a great experience. read more

I went to other stores and I just hated the super formal environment, the need of an appointment, and a sales person following you around adding pressure. Just not my style! Here, it was great. Bibi is there to support you (finding the right sizes, new styles, etc.) and gives you enough time to browse around. She provides great ideas, without the pressure of a sale. Honestly this has been the best experience so far at this dealership when I go in for service. Christopher Monge was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he explained the process and made me feel comfortable knowing that there were no extra little things being added for no reason. I waited for the car at the dealership, had breakfast at the little spot they have and worked until it was ready. 0 complaints.
