I opened my insurance doctor's list and found God sent Dr Pereda. My appointment was for March 10...Dr Pereda sent me thru emergency for additional tests and kept me in the hospital. On March 13th, he saved my life by conducting an "axillobifemoral bypass". Dr Pereda & his team have excellent bedside manners and explains everything very detailed. 3 yrs have gone by and I thank God everyday for placing Dr Pereda in my path! No legs needed to be amputated! Yes, I will be in blood thinners for the rest of my life since there's not enough history on C-19 to determined any other side affects!

I developed huge veins all over my left leg, from my foot all the way up to my groin, when I was pregnant 18 years ago. After two more pregnancies, the veins continued to get larger, and more rope-like, especially behind my knee. At One Medical in Brickell you're welcomed into an open living room setting by Bri and Eliza who are both super friendly and professional. Don't get too comfy in the waiting room because you'll be taken on time (in my case they took me early.) And it wasn't a nurse or assistant who came out to greet me. It was the doctor herself. Dr. Rosie Singh is awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, compassionate, very easy to talk with. She explained a medical condition better than the specialist who treated me. for it. She gave me around 30 minutes of her undivided attention (unlike a previous primary care physician who breezed in and out of the examining room in minutes!) Her follow up was same day. I went to have my lab work done after my physical and waited less than five minutes to be seen (I went on a weekday morning.) Adriana took my blood sample and was a gentle pro (despite my uncooperative veins!) Plus, my lab results were ready the very next day complete with Dr Singh's comments. Every inch of the office is immaculate. This is not your typical doctor's office visit. While I hope I don't have to visit frequently, it will be a pleasure to return to One Medical.
