At which time I was informed of some cancellation charges by the staff and that Doctor refused to keep me as patient and demanaded I pay all the charges due to cancellations even though I had requested rescheduling. You could tell he never reviewed my charts or made any comments from either visits or telemed calls, asking me for MRIs when he had them for 2 months. I felt like i was a shoe in a factory line just going from one hand to the next. His staff is very unprofessional, always talking super loud in the background to the point i stopped talking because i couldnt hear myself talk, staff doesn't tell you what you need to do prior to a visit, once you arrive to the office they say well we cant see you for such and such. Something they could have said or advised in the previous visit or call you ahead of time. The most astonishing part is, the Dr must know all of this is happening and he simply just doesnt care. All he cares about is the money coming in. Period. Look for a better place where you can feel your money is being well spent!!!!!
