The process from start to finish has been handled with a great amount of care and I am so glad that I went with Dr. Watumull and team. During the consultation I felt like all of my areas of concern were addressed and taken seriously. I did not feel rush in any way to make an overall decision. I worked with Heidi who very thoughtfully discussed payment options and brainstormed with me on what would be best for my situation. It was refreshing to have this level of thoughtfulness. Leading up to the surgery I was well informed off all processes and was walked across the hallway to the surgery center for a quick introduction on top of the time spent in the office already.
