From the moment I walked in, the dark-haired woman at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment and paid a $50 consultation fee, so I expected at minimum for my appointment time to be respected. The nurse who brought me back was actually very sweet and professional, and she was the only positive part of the experience. I was taken into a room and then sat there waiting for 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and the doctor still never came in. No one gave me an update or explained why I was waiting so long. At that point, I decided to leave. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the manager came outside after me once I had already walked out and said the doctor was available and asked, "They didn't get you?" That honestly made the situation worse. If the doctor was available, why was I sitting alone in a room for 40 minutes with no communication? I understand doctors can run behind, but this wasn't simply about waiting. it was the lack of communication, organization, and professionalism, especially after paying for the consultation and driving 40 minutes to be there. I came here because I was seriously considering trusting this practice with my surgery. Unfortunately, my experience before I could even meet the doctor made me uncomfortable moving forward.

The process from start to finish has been handled with a great amount of care and I am so glad that I went with Dr. Watumull and team. But one thing the didn't communicate with me Is that I bought the post op supplies which are just gauze，ice bag，teethbrush（there will be an injector for teeth wash if u are doing bottom teeth as well）which takes me 37USD. The scheduler originally told me that the 37USD pack should include everything including pills and mouth wash that I gonna need so I don't need to go to CVS again while for my pain pill and mouth wash I still need to go to CVS. If u need to buy post op supplies better ask them what Is included
