They did not do their jobs. They dismissed our family, called us liars and laughed when we cried and pleaded with them to find her a safer solution as she needs ongoing PT/OT and medication supervision. They also lied saying they had a copy of the police report which the police confirmed they did not or could not. I, personally, would like the CEO to the hospital to reach out to us about this UNACCEPTABLE behavior!

He was the single most dismissive, condescending medical practitioner I'ver ever had the misfortune of speaking with. He kept doing these breathy, patronizing laughs as I was explaining what was going on. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence without jumping in and explaining why my pain was wrong. This went on, even as I explained that I've dealt with trigeminal neuralgia in the past, and that my pain was reaching a 10. TERRIBLE. When I say this was the worst interaction I've had with someone in the medical field, I mean it. I got off the phone feeling helpless and in tears. AVOID!!!
