Matthew never did. You just had to accept his word for gospel When I called the office on the weekend to get a refill on Simbrinza he called me back and started arguing with me and telling me he couldnt refill because i wasn't a patient anymore even though i described how i had gone back and set up any appointment with Glaucoma Consultants in Slingerlands as he had said to. but he was very combatitive and not at all wanting to listen to me. He had to prove he was right.

I tried to ask Dr. Mouhab Aljajeh some questions, but he rushed me through, insisting I sit down (for a 1 or 2 minute "surgery") and did not answer my questions. I would have walked out but was leaving area for 2 months and needed better vision. Then, I found out the TOTAL bill is $1100 because the surgery center bills their share and Mouhab bills his share, so basically it was twice their estimate. CDPHP said this is allowed and nothing they can do.
