Bonnie was my Dental Hygienist: professional, sweet, and very thorough/meticulous. She did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning, and has a soft touch-- I was never in any pain/discomfort (which I've become accustomed to going to the dentist's office). Dr. Petitto was very friendly, and attentive to all my concerns. I paid cash, and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I was getting from dentists in the area. 5 stars overall without hesitation.

They are very great at scheduling so, you won't see more than 1 person waiting. They are great with getting you in before or right at your appointment times. The staff is very friendly and always remember me, when I visit. They have cleaned up all of the flaws of my prior dentist. They are very careful with every procedure and are constantly making sure you aren't in any pain. They're very thorough with following up, before and after your appointment. They only offer services needed and don't attempt to up sell , like my prior dental office. They are very knowledgeable and will never attempt to do anything out of their skill set. During procedures, they set the proper expectations of everything they're about to do. When I mention how I'm handled to other friends, they often say "my dentist wasn't that careful with me, for that procedure". I think even if I relocated, I would still use this office.

She, Michelle, began telling all the reasons why they don't give them out, because ppl waste them and on and on, delaying the intake even further. Again very lazy office and nonchalant office. I said to myself, who the hell really care what others do; I would like a copy for myself of what I signed. So by this time, it was 30 min past the hours. Michelle in nice-nasty way referred to me as "sweetie" which is really unprofessional and I can't stand that. So when I sat in the dental chair I let Janet know of my disappointment of Michelle and to be further disappointed, she told that I would only be able to get the exam and not the teeth cleaning. As I ruffled through my checkin, the receptionist was very patient. The cleaning experience was very thorough. It has been a long time since my dentist took part in my cleaning. Before he cleaned we discussed the best way that would suit me to go on a dental plan.
