The dental assistants front desk and back house and extremely knowledgeable. We went in for a consult and our insurance covered it. A week later we scheduled an appt for the procedure. She had 2 extractions on same day and paid for that procedure on the day of the extraction. Payment/procedure plans are given to you ahead of time after the consult. Dr. Wilk allowed me to sit in with my mom to translate for her and watch the procedure the whole time. His assistants are great and work together with superb confidence. The office looks renovated with newer equipment. It was very clean. The DA also asked if I wanted something to drink. I highly recommend Dr. Wilk for your oral surgery needs. Professional, speedy, and genuine! Not to mention, he has many certs and degrees on his walls. He's gone through a lot to become a great oral surgeon!

The staff is friendly and the office is immaculate. Any questions amd concerns were addressed. I wasn't nervous going into it all and the lady made me feel at ease. We chatted as she administered the laughing gas. It was my first time getting that as I started to feel evrything fade away. I was knocked out before I knew it and woken up at the end of it all. I felt pretty fine and was able to walk and talk through all the gauze. Nurse wheeled me out to my car and here I am recovering at home. The only problem I had was my PA for my procedure but they helped me as best as they could. The rest is up to insurance. I definitely recommend Dr. Wilk to anyone! We are never kept waiting after arriving for more than a few minutes. Their services by both the hygienists and Dr. Morgan are always excellent! We never have any pain during the cleanings. The staff are also super friendly every time as well. They recently expanded and renovated their office space, and it looks fantastic. My boyfriend had all four of his wisdom teeth removed here a while back. The procedure was quick and efficient. I would say he was in and out within the hour! He had one tooth that was in pretty deep and they had to go into the jaw bone. Yikes... Regardless of this, Dr. Morgan's office took care of him well! When my BF had some lingering pain in that spot, they asked him to come in right away, so they could look at it and make sure everything was still okay. They fit him in that same day and my BF was fully recovered shorty after! The best part about this practice is that they really care. When I switched to being a part-time employee and lost my dental insurance, they offered to still do our cleaning appointment free of charge. After consulting with C & M Surgical Group(Dr. Millaud) for the extraction of all wisdom teeth, I…read morewas quoted $3,683.00. I signed the treatment plan for that price. C & M Surgical Group is a Medicaid Provider, which requires them to follow the Medicaid fee schedule for a Medicaid recipient. My insurance was to cover $199 and my out of pocket balance was $3,484.00. The office had an option to finance the remaining balance through the Lending Club, in which I was approved. The Lending Club's policy is to take 10% of the financed amount from C & M Surgical Group. C & M Surgical Group wanted me to pay them the 10%, which was against the Lending Club's policy. A representative from the Lending Club reached out to Mary Ann Millaud (office manager) that they were violating the terms of their agreement and that the patient was not responsible for the 10% fee. The day my surgery was scheduled, Mary Ann told me that Dr. Millaud could not afford to take the 10% deduction from his fee. I informed her that I read the terms and agreements of the Lending Club and spoke to a representative that informed me that I was not responsible for the charge. She proceeds to tell me that I was given a discount on my treatment, which is not true because I am a Medicaid recipient, which required them to follow the Medicaid fee schedule. Mary Ann proceeded to increase my treatment plan total to $8,683 because I would not pay an additional 10% that I was not responsible for. The route C & M Surgical Group took to try to force a patient to reimburse the 10% fee from the lending company they are affiliated with was unethical. The fact that they increased my treatment plan after it was signed was also unethical, fraudulent, and it violated the terms of Medicaid provider because they refused to follow the the Medicaid fee schedule. Another oral surgeon reviewed the treatment plan and informed me that Dr. Millaud's office was charging me for sinus closure, which my teeth were not in my sinus, which is fraudulent.

Then I saw Dr. Collins this afternoon, and he literally refused to let me leave feeling the way I did. During the holiday season, at the end of the year, when schedules are packed and most offices are rushing or turning patients away, he and his entire team went above and beyond for me. From the moment you walk in the door, the office staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
