When the treatments I require are beyond his area of expertise, Dr. Pinadella refers me to other specialists, and I have been similarly pleased with their services. Dr. Pinadella's office is conveniently located in Clifton, it is nicely furnished and decorated, the front office experience is pleasant, the staff is ready to treat me when I arrive, and the appointment lengths are sufficient. I have also had a few dental emergencies over the years, and Dr. Pinadella always makes time for me, for which I am grateful.

She came in very afraid and left that office asking when she could come back for a cleaning! I cannot say enough good things! In addition to the x-rays that the hygienist took, he suggested an MRI, which had to be done twice because his technician could not position the machine properly. I called the dentist for the results and asked him to call me back. He never did. Additionally, I asked him to repair chipped teeth. His response was, "Mmm." This man is NOT a caring professional concerned with the well-being of his patients. To add insult to injury, Aruna, his receptionist, asks me to call the unions for coverage. That's HER job!

Mostly im here for routine check, cleaning and have had some fillings done. Dr. Mark's work is never rushed and he is always pleasant. Very good bedside manners. Amber assists him with whatever it is he needs and these two work well and efficiently together. I just had to give a shout out to my dentist. I've been going to Dr Rubin since 1986, when I was…read morejust a kid. The whole office is great. They are always running on time, and everyone is friendly and pleasant. Its a very clean, bright office; its small but its very well planned. The office is only 2 blocks from the train station, or if you drive they have 2 spots in their lot , or are only 1 block from the municipal parking lot. On his website, it says Dr Rubin is all about giving you a beautiful smile - well I don't know how he is at restorative, because he's so good at preventative. I've been going to him at least annually, usually bi-annually for 24 years (I'm in my 30's) and honestly, I have a great smile, and I believe Dr Rubin is a big part of that. Having a dentist that I not only trust, but that is pleasant, with a great staff means I don't mind going to the dentist, which means I end up getting great dental care. I've had 4 cavities in my life - each were caught very early, and therefore it really wasn't a terrible process to get them filled. I ending up cracking one (my own fault), getting an infection and needed a root canal. Again, it wasn't a terrible process because I had a great dentist, who took care of it quickly. For big jobs he refers me out - he sent me to a surgeon to have my wisdom teeth out. And when I had to have the root canal tooth redone after a decade, and decided to just get an implant, he referred me to a specialist (who was also really great!) Dr Rubin did pull my tooth himself, and he fit and had the new "tooth" made for me. Seriously - the worst part of the whole process - having the tooth pulled, the implant placed, the fittings, etc - was not being able to drink hot coffee for 3 days. That's how painless the procedures were: that's a good dentist! Cleanings and x-rays are like that too, quick, painless and easy.
