Without regard for approved lab facilities for those in non-traditional health plans. How can a dental medical facility deal with only one lab, no other labs approved for people without out of network coverage. She treated me terribly and would not let me talk to the owner if the practice. She has done sort of power issue. I have been going here with my husband and son for years and I will be leaving the practice because of her. Too bad because I love Dr Gomez whom I have been seeing for the past several years. Very very disappointed and angered by the lack of regard for my son's situation. And just kept saying no we don't deal with any other lab which to me is an insane for any medical practice. Oh and kept saying we're a dentist but dentists are doctors and they have oral surgeons (aren't they doctor too)? I'm so upset that my heart is pounding out of my chest from this experience. To be told flat out NO we can't send your sample to any other lab but the one we use.
