I want somebody to look at me the way I'm looking at this ice cream.

Josephine's Creamery de Chocolat inside of Bush Gardens really gives me that kid in a candy store feeling. The second you walk in your're overtaken by the wonderous aroma as well as the asthetically pleasing interior. You just can't go wrong with Ghirardelli chocolate, ice cream, whole cookies, and whipped cream inside of a freshly made waffle bowl. It's worth every penny. Furthermore, in terms of desserts Josephine's ice cream creations are second only to the funnel cakes they serve in the park.

Excellent creamery inside Busch Gardens in the country of France. There are a bunch of sundaes such as: skillet cookie, chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter, cookies and cream, banana split, mint delight, turtle, strawberry shortcake, brownie, or the Josephine special. I chose the banana split which was a very generous size: three scoops of ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry), banana, pineapple, strawberries, nuts, whipped cream, and cherries. Amazing. Prices range from $8-9 a sundae. This place offers all Ghirardelli ice cream.

two ice cream sundaes on a table

I think Josephine's two greatest things are the appearance of their sundaes and the amount you get in one. If you are a couple you can certainly share one sundae! My husband and I weren't able to finish either of ours. The prices are a bit expensive, but everything is inside Busch gardens so that is to be expected. There is a nice seating area if you go out the back doors inside Josephine's. Not many people seemed to know about it. My only two complaints were there were many things in the sundae I ordered that weren't suppose to be in there according to the menu. So I'm not sure what happened there? Also, the staff was a bit rude to my husband and I and it does take about 10 minutes to get your ice cream and that's on a slower day. I imagine it's worse on a busy day.

There is parking right next to the building or a pay to park parking lot across the street. The first two hours in the lot are free. ***EXPERIENCE*** We ordered the lychee oolong tea and the matcha milk tea with crystal boba and mango. My lychee oolong tea tasted just like fresh lychee! I will say it's brewed on the stronger side, so was a bit more bitter than I was hoping, but it was really refreshing. This is a wonderful spot to get some work done. They have strong wifi and lots of outlets. I appreciate the natural lighting in this space. ***PRICE*** Depending on what type and size of drink you get, prices range from $5-8. ***BATHROOM*** This spot shares a bigger building with other businesses. There isn't a bathroom in the actual Secret Garden space, but if you exit through their bigger building, you can find Women and Men restrooms not too far away. There are a few stalls in the Womens. ***CONCLUSION*** There is an extensive list of things you can order here! There is something for everyone. It's a great spot to meet up with a friend and get some work done.

Yelp was spot on! The employees were SOOOO friendly and inviting. They were all smiles, let my daughter ask all the questions, and just pleasant to work with. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. Although she was the only employee working, she handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and grace. There were already three families enjoying their ice cream when we arrived, and while we were there, she served our family along with three additional families--all while scooping ice cream, operating the cash register, and keeping things running smoothly. I asked if she was always scheduled to work alone, and she mentioned that another employee was supposed to arrive at 3:00 p.m. By the time we left around 4:20 p.m., she was still managing the entire shop by herself without ever losing her positive attitude or composure. Courtney deserves recognition for her incredible work ethic, professionalism, and dedication. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she set an outstanding example. Thank you, Courtney, for making our visit such a wonderful experience. The Big Scoop is fortunate to have someone like you representing their business!
