We've recently started going to Dr Reinhart. I've been very impressed with his knowledge and overall bedside manner.

I was shocked to later…read morefind out that I was charged for three separate office visits from a single appointment, even though I did not ask for any additional consultation or special treatment. During my annual physical on April 29, Dr. Naik simply asked whether there had been any changes in my health. I mentioned that my sleep had not been normal, and a stress-related medication was suggested. There was no separate evaluation, no detailed discussion, and no additional medical service that justified extra office visit charges. Patients should be able to answer basic questions honestly during an annual physical without worrying that every response will generate additional billing charges. The scheduling process is already extremely difficult and time-consuming, which made this experience even more frustrating. Charging a patient three separate office visit fees for a single appointment is simply not fair. I feel this was an unfair and misleading billing practice, and it has completely damaged my trust in this provider.

The doctor was good, and the care I received was appropriate, but wow, their billing/insurance team…read moreis incompetent. I had a minor procedure done (in August 2025) to relieve itching on a hypertrophic scar, and when I got my EOB, I found that it had been processed as "cosmetic." Because of this, insurance didn't pay for it. I assumed ARC would realize a mistake had been made and resubmit, but they did not. I contacted them when I got the bill, and got sent around and around in circles with various people who seemed very confused. I had to explain to them that I, as the patient, could not submit my own medical records or my own letter of medical necessity, and they needed to do that. After weeks of futile calling and messaging, I finally got a message from someone named Annette M. She said the letter of medical necessity was being sent. This was in October 2025. However, I never saw any indication that the claim had been reprocessed, and ARC kept sending me messages about my outstanding balance. I've sent several messages since then, with no replies. I contacted my insurance company yesterday, and received a reply today saying that they have no record of a letter of medical necessity being sent. The one that was allegedly sent six months ago. I expect that nobody at ARC will ever take responsibility for this, and they will simply continue to send me messages about the money that I "owe" them due to their own incompetence. edit: I finally received a reply today from someone named Natasha, claiming that the letter of medical necessity was sent, and insurance continues to deny. Do they think I don't know how to contact my insurance company and won't know they're lying? edit: still no reply to any of my messages telling them that I know the insurance company never got the letter of medical necessity, and that includes the message I sent with the contact form as recommended by the person who replied to my review. Literally nobody at ARC actually cares.

Having gone through a fair share of disappointing doctors with poor bedside manner, I finally found…read morethe type of care I was looking for at Austin Primary Care. The doctor in question I've been seeing, Dr. Sandra Ordonez really helped me put my health back on track for the last half year or so since I started seeing her. When I came into Austin Primary Care a few months ago I was suffering from an uncontrolled case of Type 2 Diabetes and going through a rough patch, and over the last few months she helped give me the tools and most of all encouragement to get my levels back to completely normal (As of today!). I couldn't be happier with the care that I got, the healthier lifestyle I'm embracing and I really appreciated the online portal that APCC uses to keep in touch with your doctor free of charge if you have any questions. I sincerely got the feeling that the doctors here actually cared about my well being, which is unfortunately a rare thing to find as of late. Highly recommended, and I'm very grateful for her ongoing effort to steer my health in the right direction.

Today I called in and the front desk lady disconnected my call 4 times. 4 times!!! And it's not that she couldn't hear me. She disconnected when I said I needed an appointment. They have specifically added in their introduction a friendly staff member will assist you... Now I know why they needed that. Their staff is anything but. Dr Agarwal is good but I have only been able to see him twice for annual check ups. Wish he worked somewhere else or they had better front desk operators.
