I wanted to complete my Chamilia bracelet so I was searching for some offers going anywhere and found out about Joshua James Jewellery. They had a 3 for 2 offer on all Chamilia beads, which I think is a very generous offer so I looked on their website which was very easy to use and straight forward plus they had an extensive range of beads (unlike High Street Jewellers that I used to prefer because of ease of returning the items to the shop in case I needed to). So I ordered 6 Chamilia beads on offer and the delivery was very fast and free. I also earned some generous points to spend on my next order without any catches attached to the minimum spend or something like this (You can just use your points to buy one bead and have free delivery on it so it is great value for money) Also, when I decided that some of the beads I ordered would not go well with my bracelet after all, I have sent them back for a refund and received a very prompt refund without any problems. Overall, I had a very positive experience with JJJ and would recommend them to anyone as they are doing offers like this quite often if you wish to fill the gaps on your Chamilia bracelet. Have used Joshua James on a number of occasions & have been excellent. The first order placed came within 2 days; the second was in the middle of the extremely bad weather & still came within a week (i knew before placing order it would possibly be slightly later than the couple of days). The third time i placed an order, again it arrived in 2 days. Add to the fact every time you place an order you gain points & these points turn into a discount off your next order. The only slight problem I had was with a discount code I received via email - when I entered this code it never worked. Contacted Joshua James & did get a reply though it still didn't work. Eventually the code was accepted. I think Joshua James is an excellent company to order from. I will definately be ordering again soon. read more

Excellent service. The first time I ordered from them on-line, I had a query regarding delivery times. They responded immediately and the item was indeed delivered as promised. Everytime I've ordered from them since has seen the same speedy service. The items are safely packed and the delivery instruction element of the online order form has this super little box that lets you give the delivery driver specific instructions about what to do if you're not in when they deliver. Found the website easy to use. Was looking for a specific charm for a birthday and the next day delivery appealed as I needed the gift quickly as my local stockist didn't have it in and couldn't get it in time for when I needed it. Package arrived the next day! Was very impressed - saved the day as it was for a birthday! Charm came with the gift box. Fantastic service. I emailed a question before I ordered and got an immediate response. My ordered arrived very quickly especially considering it was an overseas BFPO address. I have use this site numerous times with no problems, but the last time it declined two of my cards and there was not a problem with them, I rang up and was told there is nothing wrong with the site and they took my order over the phone and it went through. So why they were declined online I don't know and I used two different cards too and both were declined for no reason. read more

Excellant service, ordered 10.30am tuesday morning and received goods next day AND I live in Northern Ireland which most UK companies think is another country and either charge you extra for postage or add an extra few days onto their estimated delivery time.
