I needed someone who listened to what I had been through so that they could understand why my brain worked the way it did. I am so thankful every day that I gave it one more shot because that is how I met Dr. TruthSayer. Right from the get go she dove deep into my roots to figure out how my brain was wired. And once she figured that out, she began giving me tools to help re-wire it. I have been working with her since mid December 2024 when I felt like a lost cause, someone who could never change her mindset or grow a backbone. I also despised myself because I was not who I had hoped to be at this point in my life. Here I am, many months later and even people I know are seeing the difference in how I present myself. I have set boundaries I never thought possible, I have found communities in groups I didn't know existed, and I have found that self respect I didn't know I had in me.
