Even further, I'm expecting this review to be flagged and placed in the "not recommended" section. So, why am I writing? Because this business has been given two reviews that they don't deserve, whatsoever. The reviewers in question, two drug addicts, hatched what at least one of them thought was a fool-proof plan to finance their junkie lifestyle. One of them figured out how to gain access to their storage area and remove items, and make it look like a robbery. Then they would let the storage facility know that their storage had been burglarized, and the storage facility would pay them for the "stolen" items. But it didn't quite work out the way they thought it would, and we now have two angry reviews. So, how do I know that it was a scam? One of the reviewers is now an ex-roommate, who pulled the same scam on us- twice. He also made the mistake of complaining to a mutual friend, how he had to pawn items he stated had been stolen, later on. So my advice, is to ignore the two reviews, and use their service if you need storage services.

We had called to ask them if we only needed half month would they only charge us half month they said yes and would give us $100 back since we didn't use the full month so we scheduled a move out day. This was not honored and my mom who is 85 and on limited income was very emotion. To others it might not matter but she is elderly. So I called and try to dispute this for my mom and again he would NOT honor this and he had the audacity to call me back to let me know that if I gave him a bad review he would upload the contract but that's not what he agreed to, so go ahead and upload any contract you want. You guys did not make it right and I am here to protect elderly or anyone else. We left half month that is a FACT and it was not prorated as promised! Period. Don't use this company.

I have a friend that clean the storage area and the lady say I didn't pay in January, that I dispute my payment from the bank, I did but the payment still gone throw, that mean I already pay in January a friend went to clean the storage and also pay again for January, I have proof they take the money from the bank. Unit was very clean and there are many security cameras I didn't want to take off a star for this, but there no lighting in the individual spaces (at least the small ones), so bring a headlamp, or I'll often flip my car around and use my headlights.
