You failed to inform your tenets of the rat problem when you knew about it. And you refuse to take responsibility for it. I'm asking to be reimbursed for the rent I paid after the rat infestation, and you say your insurance does not cover it. 1) I gave you the opportunity to have someone there when I moved my things out. You did not want to. 2) I asked if you could assist me since I'm a Paralyzed Veteran. You refused 3) You refuse to offer me any compensation for my damaged personal belongings.

Even further, I'm expecting this review to be flagged and placed in the "not recommended" section. So, why am I writing? Because this business has been given two reviews that they don't deserve, whatsoever. The reviewers in question, two drug addicts, hatched what at least one of them thought was a fool-proof plan to finance their junkie lifestyle. One of them figured out how to gain access to their storage area and remove items, and make it look like a robbery. Then they would let the storage facility know that their storage had been burglarized, and the storage facility would pay them for the "stolen" items. But it didn't quite work out the way they thought it would, and we now have two angry reviews. So, how do I know that it was a scam? One of the reviewers is now an ex-roommate, who pulled the same scam on us- twice. He also made the mistake of complaining to a mutual friend, how he had to pawn items he stated had been stolen, later on. So my advice, is to ignore the two reviews, and use their service if you need storage services.

So I called and try to dispute this for my mom and again he would NOT honor this and he had the audacity to call me back to let me know that if I gave him a bad review he would upload the contract but that's not what he agreed to, so go ahead and upload any contract you want.
