THERE FROM HERE ON YOU WILL HAVE MORE THAN YOU WOULD HAVE LIKED..MORE SURPRISES.... SEE JOTIRES on the Facebook, you will not be able to place your negative comments for others to see, because these crooks will remove it from other sights, they will instead try to communicate with you through a messenger as in a one on one, even there you only get nothing!!! There is the wheels, then there are the tires, then there are the extra weights put on to balance the other three wheels, then at the reception, this coloured person, don't know her name, she was nice to communicate with, only she is the one who had said after the fact , I.e Jotires replacing the four Nokians, that she had circled the three wheels, she had very clearly stated to me that three out of the four rims are bent, hence to balance them with the Nokian tires, the extra weights had to be added, I went outside to see the vehicle, saw nothing that could have been bent, went inside and told her my visual from the outside, only she said that they are bent from the inside??? Well, all this is more and more surprises coming to me from the Jotires , you tell me, how is it that I think?? I am only going by what is said to my face, she had further said that I should drive the vehicle for some time as it will settle down onto the rims, well hello??? That is horse shit or like the British would say it Cow Dung!! I am a car enthusiast , I drive the French Citroëns, I know my vehicles, I am not your common customer who will accept whatever is thrown to them. Further more, the tires were way over inflated, like 40psi, all four were exactly the same, checked them cold, driving on the highway was no fun, as the vehicle shifted itself mindlessly, shook badly with the four like new Nokians.... Ministry of Transport for the tires installed by these JoTires should raise a Safety concern... I wonder if your repair facility are certified and or licensed mechanics and tire installers?? Because our vehicle, small Suzuki Truck hand book , manufacturer recommendation says 26PSI per tire all four, whereas the way I read it on all the wheels , it was 14psi more per tire, almost 1 Bar higher per wheel don't your installers know how to read tire pressure readings for that specific vehicle which have a plate on the side of the driver's side pillar, it very clearly states the pressure reading, yet putting the full pressure of the tire ?? Further more, my wheel nuts and the posts were stripped , due to over torquing the wheels, cross threading the nuts can happen by the workers not paying attention to the task at hand, very sloppy workmanship, I am sorry, but I had never expected to have been treated like trash The Nokian Tires installed are bad to begin with, why were they even installed is unknown to me!!! I've gone to this place for years. They had used tires for a while, now I usually get goodyear tires from them. They take care of my Hyundai auto repairs and store my winter tires. They used to have one mechanic that wasn't the best, but they got rid of him. Now, the mechanic Ha always explains how my car is doing. They are not usually busy, but I like to call before to make sure so I am helped quickly. I'll be coming to this shop as long as I live in Etobicoke :) read more
