When it came to booking an appointment, it took 4 phone calls because no one would answer the phone. I was finally able to get a hold of them and booked an appointment for the next day. They didn't take any information down - just the model of the car. And I made sure to tell them I had a Groupon. When I showed up for the appointment, there was no one at the office/ front desk. There were two customers in the waiting area and they didn't know where the staff were... "they're probably busy". I waited 15-20 mins... standing by the reception desk, while the phone kept ringing (of course...). I could see there were people working in the garage, and I made eye contact with a couple of them, and I waved to get their attention - nothing. There was no bell to ring or "Be right back" sign. I wasn't expecting exceptional customer service; I just wanted to get my oil changed and go home after a long day. I traded in my groupon for something else. They might be good - but I got a horrible first impression. Visiting them was a waste of time and gas. If they are trying to attract new customers through Groupon, they need to assess their staffing needs.
