They have gotten the hang of it and are always on top of it. It's always a great place to get a drink and has become our weekend treat. We love going to Dutch bros and the drinks are always good. They have two lines at the drive thru and it says to pick the shortest line. The only problem is the customers that don't see that and end up just making one long line in the tiny parking lot instead of using the second lane. I would just like to say this is not about Dutch bros coffee, it's great. I love their drinks. This is about the huge pothole in their drive up ordering lane one. My daughter and I went through to get a coffee, all of a sudden we hear a loud pop, my car relays that I have a flat tire at 0% air. I move the car 2-3 feet to the 2nd lane. A worker comes out asks if we are okay due to the noise they heard of the tire popping in their drive thru lane. She was super nice and APOLOGETIC. She brought my daughter a free coffee, she felt so bad, saying they knew the pothole had to be fixed. I had to have the car towed to discount tire across the street as it was not drivable without damaging the rim. Went through an entire process with Dutch bros insurance and they told me they couldn't help me because they couldn't prove the tire wasn't flat in their hula hoop sized pot hole in their drive up ordering lane, despite the works coming out because they heard it. The insurance woman said it could have happened on the main Street (Coulter) and I could have ran over a nail and I drove in like that. Then how did the workers "hear" the tire pop. I don't know how it happened, I wasn't going fast, I just didn't expect a huge pothole there and drove in it and pop. Did they take responsibility? No. Do they now have cones around it? Yes. So $149.10 down the drain because Dutch Bros. Doesn't want to take responsibility for not maintaining a safe drive thru lane. Unfortunately I will not return as a customer, not because I don't enjoy their drinks but because they refuse to admit that it happened on their property and instead blamed me and tried to say it happened elsewhere. Yes because when your tire is completely flat any normal person would risk damaging their rim on a completely flat tire to still go and order a coffee. Shame on Dutch bros. read more

Got there at 7:45am on Mother's Day. Stood there for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Told me it would be a few. Waited another 5, then just took off. That wasn't the worst part. Listening to the girl working the drive thru complaining the entire time about "Nate" not knowing how to work a schedule and how stupid he was to only have two people working until 8am was what did it for me. Stood there the entire 5+ minutes listening to her complain over and over and over in front of customers was just too much for me that early in the morning. There is no better coffee in America than an Dutch Bros. Our favorite are iced Americanos the bigger the better, we are definitely fans. Apart from the coffee though I have to say that Dutch Brothers fires the very best young people. They are all outgoing happy cheerful amazing youngsters. They never forget to ask us how we're doing, engage in conversation while we wait ( never very long!)and build rapport. Kudos for Dutch Bros. We have the opportunity to travel extensively my automobile. We have begun mapping our trips to stop at as many Dutch Bros as possible. Love Dutch. Used to work at one in Colorado Springs and was part of the mob in 2019 so I'm disappointed I even have to write this. Whoever the Asian girl with the piercings in her face did a horrible job. I ordered drinks for my family because it's my mother's 50th birthday and they are all in town. It was over 60$ and she gave me unmarked drinks and told me she didn't know which ones were which after I asked her to label them. We had three drinks tray and two of the drinks were iced when I asked for hot. Somehow we ended up with an extra drink?? She had messed up the order in front of us and was offering us their coffee that was left behind. I ordered the first drink and she turned her back to us and was talking to the other workers while we all still waited to order. I told her how many drink we had and after I ordered each one she kept saying, "is that all?" It was bad from the start and it was a really annoying and aggravating experience. I hate that I hyped up Dutch to my family from out of town and then was let down. That girl should probably be retrained or just learn how to execute an order in the drive through instead of dicking around with her coworkers and messing up orders. read more

This was my family's first time trying Dutch Bros!! The young man was so patient and kind with all of us. He asked questions, spoke with us the whole time, explained things to us, and was just so pleasant!! I wish I would have gotten his name and took pictures of our drinks!! Decided to try some coffee from a new place and I wish I didn't. We went in the drive thru, thinking nothing of it, and approximately 30 minutes later, we finally put our order in. After 40 minutes, we received our drinks. This wait just tainted the experience of the coffee. They claim, "shift change" but I think it's just unorganized and they need a better system. I ordered the hazelnut truffle mocha and it was good. Although, tasted like a vanilla mocha with no flavor of hazelnut or truffle. This coffee is good but not worth the 40 minute wait. Can get the same thing, same price, and less waiting time at a Starbucks. I would recommend getting out of your car to order at the building and not the drive thru. read more

I really like this place. The Golden Eagle is excellent you can tell the espresso is high quality. Service is over the top friendly like almost uncomfortable as they will talk and talk and talk and ask personal questions until they can put that cup in your hand. So don't roll down the window after you order until you see a cup visible. They are also quick and move the line fast. Now if the locals could figure out what and how to drive in a double line...... Anyways the quality of the product gets all five stars. read more

Had an oatmilk latte with hazelnut and it was such a treat! The wait wasn't too long given how busy they were. I felt bad for the girl standing out taking orders, but I'm not sure how appropriate it is to immediately turn the tablet around and ask for a tip after a person swipes their card. Good flavors but SLOW service. I've been here 3 times since they first opened. I don't understand their system and why they are so slow. I've seen them deliver drinks to customers that are 5 cars back in line but still take 10 minutes to serve the customer at the window. Meanwhile the cars in between are sitting there wondering why the cars behind them get their drinks delivered out to the car but they still have to wait on slow delivery at the window. Maybe the store's problem is just because they are still learning but to me it looks like their process is bad. I'm not going back for a while and hopefully their growing pains will be solved. read more

Great selection, great coffee...but this is the absolute slowest DBC I have ever been to. We drive from TX to CA often and stop at a lot of Dutch Bros and this location is off the chart slow compared to the 20+ other locations we have been to. read more

Absolutely the worst service in Amarillo. Avoid this location unless you have an hour to spare. Been here over 40 minutes and have moved up 4 cars. We are boxed in with no way of escape or we would go across the street to Starbuck! At this rate it will take us more than an hour to get a cup of coffe. read more
