We got in line and my husband took a picture of our original receipt before we did the return for details on the garments that we purchased. A man in line behind us said something to my husband about why aren't you moving (in the line) and my husband turned around and said I'm taking a a picture and calm down we'll move in a second. The gentleman said oh sorry I didn't know. Well little did we know that a sales associate behind the counter that saw the interaction from a different perspective, thought that we were being rude to the gentleman behind us. So lo and behold we get up to her counter and she cops an attitude from the get go. My husband, who is the nicest person in the world, tries to make conversation with her at which point she turns to us and says I thought you were rude to the gentleman behind you. Mind you the whole time, she is giving us attitude and throwing our garments on the counter. That is when I stepped in and said oh no Liz, you don't get to say that. So here's the reason for my review. As a sales person I get it. You get good and bad customers. By all means Liz, talk to your coworkers after we leave if you think we were that rude to the gentleman behind us. The gentleman and myself and my husband had moved on from the incident, but you decided to make a bigger issue out of it. That is not customer service! That is rude on your end. Your job is to help the customer. Whatever you think of the customer in that setting, you keep it to yourself. Share with your coworkers after we leave. Share with your family when you get home from a long day. But do not tell the customer that they were rude when you did not read the situation correctly! At this point, it will be a very long time before I step back into a Nordstrom rack.

I was not able to view the size or price tags without having to fish for them and pull it out so I could see. I found it annoying when shopping since buying clothes is the main goal. It is not an art exhibit. Maybe they do not know what it is like to be short and not able to easily view the tags. It is amazing how are unaware people people are of size differences. Yes, you can set your store up however you want. Just not every one will find it user friendly.

Some of the noteworthy stores are Disney, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo RL, Fossil, MK, Coach, CK, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Pandora, Swarovski, Tumi, American Eagle and Banana Republic. Sporting/athletic brands include Nike, Adidas, UA, Lululemon, Columbia, North Face, and Oakley. There are multiple children's brand as well like Carter's, Children's place, Janie and Jack and OshKosh. The outlet space is mostly clean and well maintained. The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. There were several vending machines for drinks and small snacks. A lot of the stores offered good discounts and sales. Prices were good for clothes and accessories products. But the size of the stores were smaller and fewer product varieties. All the stores we went in, had friendly staff members. They're pricey but worth it when you find a brand that works for you. My husband likes their style and how functional it is. Good quality with unique graphic tees. He loves their Ridge pant. Fits him well, durable, lots of pockets, and comes in great colors. Every time we've shopped here, each staff member has been super helpful and friendly. They always ask if we need a different color or size and they check in the back. They have so much inventory that we usually end up being able to get what we need from the back when they look. They also hold some free training classes. One is happening next week on home defense.
