Purchase a pair of shoes on 2 August at this location. Honestly, it was the first time I found…read moresomething at that location. I did not feel like driving down the hill to Ontario Mills. I wore the shoes for about 10 to 15 minutes and my feet started hurting And I've bought cats before and never had a problem like it. So I called up to find out if they've gotten a new delivering of shoes on Tuesday, I was told no they didn't but if I have a problem with the pair of shoes, I got there I could go to any location. You can see my review of the location in Fontana Regarding what happened there. So I speak to a manager name Stephanie, who says that she's not gonna return my shoes. She's only gonna exchange them. I said I know you don't have anything I want there and I need new shoes and she said well that's all I'm doing for you and if you called customer service, don't be sending us information. I explained to her that when I contacted customer service they really need an education and providing customer service and they didn't even bother getting my information and they were very insistent that I go to the store. So she tells me that basically don't come there and she's not doing anything. I took pictures of the shoes. She didn't even wanna see the pictures. She claimed that with the manager said if the other store was good enough for her. She also told me that I should contact the manufacturer because don't give me a refund. I even asked her for that information and since she did not want to be helpful, including refusing to help me, bring the shoes to her and or see the pictures that I needed her area manager's phone number. She gave me his number that was pretty much it. I spoke with Gary. I sent him the pictures and he told me he was gonna contact the store. So as I got closer, I reached out to him to see if I'm supposed to take the shoes there or not and he said there's nothing wrong with those shoes. They look brand new take them to the store. They're gonna do a return he told me to see Angel And that's it. When I got there, apparently Angel was at lunch so the guy at the counter was like well hold on and apparently this girl I spoke to on the phone was working there and get the shoes and she tells him look don't argue. just do the return so they went ahead and did the refund. I should not have to go through that to get a simple refund. I had to point out to them also that in California the law vacs the consumer and in California if you cannot provide a service or a product, you cannot charge them or keep their money. You must give it back to him. And at one point, she did tell me that she could give me a gift card for store credit and I said no I don't ever see myself coming back here ever again. When I spoke to Gary, I let Gary know that I'm in shopping and this is no joke at WSS ever since they opened a store in Montebello and I think that was around 1993 or 1994. I've never had this problem before I've never had to return shoes before I did exchange shoes one time because they were miss boxed and that was not a problem. It was done without a complication or anything. Unfortunately, that store is in Hawthorne and I was not gonna drive all the way out to LA to buy shoes. So this is definitely gonna be my last time dealing with WSS. As I'm doing this review. I'm actually at Ontario Mills and I'm going to go into the Timberland store and the sketcher store because my original visit was to buy Work boots and boots to wear at the gym Since they cannot help me easily with one. They don't get the second. Oh, and by the way, they told me that I should not have worn the shoes and again I asked how do you break in shoes without wearing them and how do you break in shoes without wearing it but not only that not getting the souls dirty of course she cannot answer that question excepting with a I don't know. Gary told me I had a very valid point. I said technically if you're in there trying them on they're now used they're no longer new so you guys are selling your shoes is that what you're saying no try them on is different than wearing them. Well to try them on you gotta wear them.

The last time we were here there was one staff member helping someone else but they seemed like friends, the conversation was extremely inappropriate and I had my children present. They have a lot of brands and selections in Men's shoes, but don't have most of the same brand or style on the women's side, it's very odd. The selection is not limited but it's geared to a specific style and we have a hard time finding shoes that the kids like. We come here out of convenience but I think we'll just take the extra time to go to the mall in the future.
