Cassie was extremely helpful with looking up my receipt and getting the exchange set up. She was super friendly, patient, and always had a smile. After that, I spent about an hour with Jess going over different cleats, how each model fit, and what would work best for the way I play. He ended up helping me find a pair of Tiempo Maestro Academies that fit much better than I expected. He then took me over to the steamer and explained how the process would help mold the cleats more closely to my feet. After steaming them, they felt almost custom fitted. Jess really took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the final choice instead of rushing me into a sale. The entire experience was personal, positive, and much better than I expected. Cassie and Jess both did an excellent job, and I really appreciate the level of service they provided.

We asked to adjust the bike to test the fit but they couldn't seem to figure out where the tools were (or if they had them)... until we got Caleb. He was amazing! He went so far above and beyond to help us find the right bike for our son. They inspected the bike in full and fixed an issue with the gears. I also want to recognize the cashier, Trinity. When I went to a different store to return them, they outright refused, wouldn't even offer store credit, and treated me terribly. The staff, who appeared to be a security guard and possibly a manager, were rude and unhelpful. This was a horrible experience, and I do not recommend this Big 5 location. If you're looking for decent customer service, avoid this store and go to another one, or possible another city--anywhere but here. If I could rate my experience it'll be a negative 1. Improvements I'd recommend would be new staff or at least training on good customer service.

When I got there, Leslie the store manager told me I needed additional documents. I said, I verified what I needed over the phone. She said, she was told I called back and the other person was trying to explain it to me. I told Leslie what I was told. She said, "this is Monday, I want to have a good day, and I don't want to argue." (A comment I believe was rude. I was misinformed and now being blamed because of it) I was trying to have a good day. I called twice to get information so I would not be wasting my time, energy, and gas. It is frustrating to do what you are told you need to do and be mis informed. Leslie did not apologize for her employees poor communication and she did not say she will provide the employee with additional training so the miscommunication does not occur with other customers.
