2nd time I go within this last month and it's terrible ! I'm normally not one to leave reviews but I've had it with this store I go in all the time to buy my kids shoes for schools / bdays / Xmas etc !! And the manager is treating his staff like crap I had a young man help me from this location and he was super sweet he was really trying to do everything to help me with my order he started recommending solutions and the manager clearly was not liking it he would cut him off everytime he would try and help me and I even told the employee "either he don't like me or you" I couldn't even tell horrible customer service !!! This manager needs a different job because his customer service absolutely sucks !!! Ridiculous shout out to the young man trying to make the customer happy but shame on the manager he's Noo good ! I had the worst experience today I've always gone there even with their previous locations the manger was a mess it was so unorganized I went in today's for the gammas the girl manager before had told me they would open at 9am and it's first come first serve today there was a guy manager name Francisco and he just looked scared he kept having all his employees take care of everything meanwhile he was panicking it was ridiculous we also placed an in store pick up and mind you those shoes get paid for before the pick up he refused to give me my pair that was already paid for he couldn't even speak English fluently enough to communicate with me Shiekh do better with management!!!! read more

This place is being run by a bunch of scam artists! They sell tickets to raffles and then don't give the winner anything because they allow their employees Chelsea and Denise to sell the shoes off to resellers and family and friends when that's against store policy. Avoid this cesspool at all costs! read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I had the worst experience ever. First not getting the shoes I had chose out and been told a certain price. But having to drive 20 minutes back to the mall to get at least treated well after the guy made that mistake, then I paid $22 difference. Well nope nothing they were just all mad as if it were my fault & the manager was just rude he didn't even say sorry for the confusion or anything. I usually avoid Shiehk in other malls because their customer service is terrible. This is often difficult because I have a family of shoe lovers and Shoekh has great shoes. However, I will not spend money somewhere where I feel disrespected or unappreciated. I didn't even know that this mall had a Shiekh. As soon as we walked in an associate named Elbert greeted us. That alone was awesome to me! He helped us for about 35 minutes and was one of the greatest shopping experiences ever, especially at Shiekh! Thanks Elbert! read more

Store is so bad they do raffles and if you win they end up not giving you the pair of shoes

This is by far the worst place to attempt to buy shoes. Only come in here if you are in need of completely wasting your time. Why? Because they don't have the size you need!!! How do you even operate a shoe store and literally have nothing in stock? The buy one, get one 1/2 off brought me on but I literally asked for different sizes in at least 15 different shoes and nope nothing. When I FINALLY found my shoe, even though it was a 1/2 size bigger than what I needed, but it's all they had, I was ready to check out and oh guess what they couldn't find the other shoe that goes in the box. Waste of my dam time. Never again!! read more

What an amazing place! I had to wait in line to get into the store, but once you are in, you are in the zone! Bought an outfit, and a pair of shoes in my size. The people were cool, not sure what the other folks on here experienced? One of the shirts had a tag missing, and I brought it to the attention of the manager on-site and he quickly swung around the counter and handed me another shirt the exact same size with the tags. I am particular about buying new. The manager took care of me and I am golden. Loved the place, and recommend Shiekh to anyone read more

I went shopping for a birthday gift for a young friend today at the Victor Valley Mall . We went to several different shoe stores in the mall before he found the shoes he wanted . After shopping in the Shiekh store for what seemed like an hour Randy decided on a pair of shoes , even though the shoes he wanted exceeded the budget I had planned for him , I didn't want to disappoint him . As I approached the counter I asked the person at the register who identified himself as Chris if the store offered a Military / Veterans discount , he stated yes but I need to see your ID . I am an honorably Discharged Disabled Veteran of the Vietnam war ... I handed Chris my Government issued Veteran identification card with my name and picture , He looked at me and said " I need an ID " this isn't an ID , I have never been so humiliated as there were other customers that could hear the conversation and were probably thinking I was trying to get something that I didn't deserve . If Chris had said I'm sorry we don't offer discounts to military Veterans at the beginning of our conversation I would have made the purchase for Randy anyway and there would be no need for the ZERO I'm assigning to his customer service.I would not visit this store again, not even if they had a BOGO free sale PERIOD read more
