Also the service is amazing, these two women that run the shop were very sweet and helpful... A couple weeks back my wife left her wallet in the changing room and without hesitation these women found our Facebook information from her name in her wallet and reached out immediately to let us know that we left it there ... Honestly I was shocked because now days you can't trust anyone who finds a wallet to call the person and let them know, but these women did and I commend them and we are so grateful that they contacted us ... I definitely recommend this store

Great selection of shoes, formal dresses, purses, casual/active wear, coats, and everything else. It's all cheaply priced (don't miss the 99 cent earring rack) and seems to have a high turnover, so if you see something you love, get it! If you need something for a formal, it's here too (I remember many of my friends buying prom/dance dresses here). The return policy is kinda whack (last I remember it was 14 days for exchange only) but I love going here whenever I visit Victorville to get my cheap thrills.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced shopping at a shoe store!!!!!!…read more Firstly, there were (2) sales people neither of which were helping any of the customers. I browsed and found a shoe that I liked. I walked up to the counter and asked what the largest size was it that they carried. The girl without being friendly at all said " size 10 if we have it" and stood there. I said, "Can you check on these?" and she looked totally irritated. She retrieved one shoe and handed it to me. I looked at her confused. I asked, " Who tries on one shoe can I get the other one please?" She sighed as if irritated that I wanted to try on both shoes ....REALLY?!!!!! She began taking the wrapping off when I told her to forget it. I'm not spending my money here you're totally rude. I like to come here…read morewhere I'm in the mall because even though the clothes can be for younger kids they have cute things that anyone can wear. I get the tank tops at killer prices and they are great to wear under my sweaters that dip kinda low that I want to wear to work. I work with kids so I have to think about that stuff. I normally buy a ton of colors because that way I can layer cute combos. They have a men's section but I never see any men in the store. I been shopping in the store forever and I have never seen a guy walk in a shop. I think it's the mostly female teen vibe that makes guys not want to shop here and guys don't like wearing the same clothes as their little sisters. During the summer they have adorable beach wear and bags!
