Been a Burberry customer my entire adult life. For starters, I walk into this store and the three…read moreemployees looked snobby, dead tired and in major need of a nap. The context of my visit was that I had just spent approximately $3k at the Burberry outlet and I had asked them if they had gift boxes and they said they didn't. They said I could possibly check a regular retailer and they didn't see why they would refuse to give me a gift box--essentially a piece of cardboard. I have never had this issue with any other luxury retailer or department store. I walk in and asked one associate, I told him I have the receipt if he would like to see it. Didn't acknowledge my request. Looks over to another associate. Without even saying a word the other associate just shakes his head. They were all so rude and classless. There was no point going back and forth with them over a piece of paper. Needless to say I will never shop at that retail location again. Train your associates to be less snobby. The Gucci store associates down the hall are so nice and amazing to work with. I will be writing THEM an amazing review.

Can't push a cart down them…read more Aisles are super tight even trying to turn a corner in the back and employees are unpacking stuff near aisles or in them and can't access them. Honestly the store can be a HOT Mess. Some good finds but most of the time it frustrating. Only like 1 or 2 cashiers most of the time as well. The shoe aisles obviously you can't tell people are stealing the shoes and leaving their old ones in them. Tons of Empty boxes. There really needs to be a change up on the floor plan on that store. It's unorganized and just frustrating walking around it.

It is incredibly organized. I think this Marshalls is going to be one of my favorites from now on. I went looking for some jewelry, a pair of shorts for myself, and a hair scarf for one of my daughters, and I found almost everything I needed. I also walked through almost every section of the store and really liked it. I tried telling her the purchase did not include a box. She disappeared in back for about five minutes, returned, asked what brand the return was and proceeded to adjust clothing about 20 feet away, on her phone the entire time. She suggested calling customer service but provided no pen or paper, just telling me what number to call. Customer service was 'understanding' but not helpful. I submitted a complaint against the manager who treated me like a pariah. My only option now is to contact the brand themselves. I got robbed, bottom line. So Much for the customer is always right.
