They misled me, gave me a horrible quote, and then when I took my car back from them, it had a nice new dent! thanks, Jowers.

Kevin very honest about what needs to be done, and doesn't recommend unneeded repairs like other places do.

P3 Automotive - Front wheel fender nearly touching the tire due to incorrect spring installed on front by P3 Automotive.

This…read moreincludes $943 that P3 charged for installation of coil springs and struts, which was done incorrectly in spite of my explicit, specific instructions on how to do it right. The springs were installed on the wrong end of the car. The mechanic was probably stoned or hung-over. P3 turned the car back over to me and charged me as if nothing was wrong. Anyone with any mechanical sense should have known something was wrong, as the rear end was much higher than it should have been, and the front much lower. Months later I found out that the rear springs were on the front, and not supporting the engine compartment. I blew out two new front struts because of the excess weight on the front struts. I had to buy and replace two front struts, as well as pay another mechanic to reverse the coil springs correctly. At another time, P3 charged me for a re-manufactured rear brake caliper, which it turned out was never installed. They reused the old one with new springs. Charged me over $350 for that rip-off. Avoid this outfit unless you have money to burn!

It turned into a $2500 bill for some apparent gas tank issue and quoted for a new computer ‍‍. Ended up telling her to leave and they still charged her $150 diagnostic fee (something autozone and advance auto do for free!) They also turned off her computer and it was not until she took the terminals and touched them herself to reset and turn it back on. Do not send anyone who is not familiar with cars. They scam hard and upsell like crazy. Would rate 0 stars if yelp offered it.

I had to keep bringing the vehicle back to them with the same problem, though they kept charging me more each time with bullshit excuses. Finally, the fourth time they charged me again and allowed me to drive off in a vehicle in such dangerous condition that the engine caught fire and resulted in total destruction. They took no responsibility and the manager laughed it off. Previously, during a consultation in the back shop with one of the mechanics, I witnessed the manager carelessly raising another vehicle on the rack right into a metal apparatus that damaged the roof. Later that day I was busy at work and I go online to pay and it says $652. I payed $652 dollars and I show up after hours and my panels are not installed back in my car and there is a blue shop rag shoved in my engine bay. I never once said I was in a rush to get it back but boy did they seem to be. I dropped it back off the next day and show up again that evening and I'm still missing a piece to my car. The owner offered to pay a $10 Uber ride but nothing toward the $652 I paid and they couldn't even put my car back the way they found it.

I was in the market for an alignment and was calling different locations looking for the best deal. In the process I call tires plus. I spoke with Jessie on the phone. He informs me there is an option to purchase a service package of unlimited alignments for the duration of your ownership of the vehicle for $189 plus tax. I already thought this was a good deal. As I continue to speak with Jessie, he says that's the price but if I come in and ask for him, he can "do something for me." I already think this is a good deal, and he seems like a friendly store associate who is gonna somehow get me a good deal on an alignment. I recently bought tires at Discount Tire and had a great experience, store associate hooked me up. So I didn't think this would be some sort of deceptive tactic to get me in the store. So I come in, chat with Jessie, he reiterates the price is $189 plus tax. He says, "but if you open up a credit card with us, the price is $169." So they've lured me into the store, said they would do something for me, and turns out I'm doing something for them, and opening up a credit card, for $20 off. I'm irritated and we go back and forth. At some point he says, "you'll still get the $20 discount." So now I'm thinking, oh ok, this guy's solid, still gonna hook me up. So I go through with the alignment. I get the invoice at the end, and I'm wrung up for $224. Turns out the price he's been quoting of $189 plus tax, is already discounted from their ordinary price, I guess. No where in the conversation did Jessie say $189 was already a discount so I assumed $169 was the price I would be getting the service. So once seeing that, I understand the $189 figure is far below $224. So I ask for a price breakdown. I then realize Jessie never mentioned a shop fee in his quotes. When asking for pricing, if you're gonna say $189 plus tax is the price, you should also include the shop fees of $20 you're going to add. It's not a dealership, shouldn't have to ask for an out the door price at an auto shop if you are already quoting me the price. Jessie isn't a manager or doesn't have the authorization to touch pricing so he tells me to come back tomorrow and speak to Ryan. Ryan was less than helpful. Was unable to see how any of the actions of his associates were deceptive, despite it being clearly laid out. And said the best he could do was dock the shop fees. So I took that. Spoke with corporate, had a great experience. They were much more equipped to handle the situation. And the situation was handled in a manner beyond my satisfaction. This location though, would not recommend.
