The website is frustrating in that you can't access anything without the bot pop up and there were formatting issues that made my brain hurt. But if you can get past the new patient paperwork, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this practice and Greg Tallent in particular. I've probably seen over 15 psychiatrists in my life and Greg is at the top of the list. I felt so incredibly heard during my first session with him. He took the time to ask questions about me and my backstory and wanted to know medications I've tried in the past. He genuinely seemed to care and to want to connect. For that, I am so thankful. But even beyond that, he listened to my needs regarding the medications that I do want to continue and my goals for discontinuing some. He wasn't like a traditional psychiatrist that just wants to keep pushing more and more meds. He listened to my concerns and seemed to genuinely be in agreement about my plans going forward. I'm so incredibly grateful to have found this place. The one and only downside was that the first appointment took 2 hours, which I was not expecting at all so I missed another appointment afterwards. I called back and the phone was answered with '"hello". I said is this Dr Baillard's Office? I was told yes and then they asked for my daughter's date of birth and an email to send paperwork, I received the paperwork and again I received a phone call with someone talking really soft I could barely hear her and when I call back, I get 'hello"! So unprofessional and downright tacky. I'm already looking for another pediatric cardiologist and have no desire to even try to schedule an appointment.

As they expand they are adding physical locations which are 10 plus miles apart. The administrative staff makes errors in appointment locations and times some 20% of the time. I share this from family experience and observing patients arrive and even waiting for appointments in the wrong office. Later the administrative staff will claim they notified them. I've observed patients sharing the phone and text messages proving they were never notified. Even myself, I setup an appointment 4 to 6 weeks in advance, the day before the appointment I was texted the appointment was in the office I expected, 1 hour before the appointment I was informed the appointment was moved to another office. This is extremely unprofessional. A practice does not change a providers location a few hours in advance. The practice manager had to have been advised of this change weeks ago. The manager did nothing. They do have some good staff. They need more. They need to increase the salaries and benefits to attract more professional and experienced administrators who take responsibility and accountability. Doctor Tharwani and his clinical staff are very good. Just expect issues 20% of the time issue with your appointments until they get proper administrative staff and/or procedures.
